10 Best Copilot Rank Tracking Tools in 2026 (That Track Copilot)

The best Copilot rank tracking tools in November 2026 are Orchly, Bing Webmaster Tools, Peec AI, Otterly.AI and ZipTie, with AthenaHQ, LLMrefs, Ahrefs Brand Radar, Keyword.com and Rankscale for narrower jobs. We judged all 10 on the cheapest plan that tracks Microsoft Copilot, what it costs, how many prompts it covers and how often Copilot re-runs.

Copilot answers from Bing's index, and Microsoft says its family of Copilots passed 150 million monthly users, a figure that includes Microsoft 365 and GitHub Copilot. Several popular AI trackers still don't cover it, so we checked each plan. Prices checked in November 2026.

Editor's note

How we checked these Copilot trackers

We've used Peec AI, Otterly.AI and Rankscale on their trials, with the same buyer prompts. For this list we went back to every pricing page and noted:

  • Which plan actually tracks Microsoft Copilot, and what it costs
  • How many prompts that plan covers and how often Copilot re-runs
  • Where the answers come from, and what the tool does with them

Bing Webmaster Tools, ZipTie, AthenaHQ, LLMrefs, Ahrefs Brand Radar and Keyword.com aren't on our tested list, so we went by their pricing pages, docs and reviews. Review quotes are condensed from G2, OMR and Trustpilot and link to the original.

Orchly is our product. We held it to the same checks and say where it falls short. Checked November 2026.

Copilot rank tracking tools compared

Microsoft Copilot tracking by plan, from each vendor's pricing page and docs, checked November 2026. Monthly billing unless noted. Prompts, refresh and engines are for the plan in the second column.

How we picked

Every tool here tracks Microsoft Copilot on a plan you can buy or use today. We checked each vendor's pricing page in November 2026 and compared them on:

  • The cheapest plan that tracks Copilot, and whether Copilot is included, one of a few models you pick, an add-on or on credits.
  • Prompts on that plan, since 15 prompts and 500 prompts answer different questions.
  • How often Copilot re-runs, from daily to monthly.
  • Where the answers come from. The real Copilot interface, an API, or Microsoft's own citation data.
  • What the tool does with the data, from reports to agents that do the work.

1. Orchly: best for improving your Copilot and AI search visibility with agents

Orchly AI visibility overview showing AI Visibility Score, Share of Voice, sentiment, average position and a competitor leaderboard
Orchly's AI visibility overview across engines

Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform. Its Copilot brand visibility tracker, a paid add-on, runs your prompts every day through the real Microsoft Copilot interface, not an API, and records whether you're mentioned, your position and every page Copilot links. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are included on every plan, with Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot as paid add-ons, and it also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek. For a one-off check, there's a free Copilot rank tracker.

Its agents run on their own, on a schedule. They analyze your AI visibility, your competitors, your SEO and your Search Console and GA4 data, decide what to write and which pages to refresh, and do it in your brand voice. They keep Brand Brain up to date, find the sites, people and Reddit threads worth reaching, run the outreach and draft the replies, and audit your site for technical SEO and AI search issues with the fixes ranked. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.

Copilot answers from Bing's index, so Orchly also connects to Bing Webmaster Tools and puts Bing clicks and indexing next to your Copilot data. Most trackers on this list give you a Copilot score and a to-do list, while Orchly's agents run the work end to end, from $49 a month plus the Copilot add-on.

Visibility, perception and citations

  • Mentions, position and share of voice for every prompt and competitor, with prompts tagged branded or non-branded and by intent.
  • Citations and Mention Gap. Every source AI engines cite, and the ones that mention competitors but not you.

  • Perception and fact check. The attributes AI links to your brand, the objections it raises, and claims that contradict your real pricing and features.

Search Console, GA4 and AI traffic

  • Organic data next to AI data. Clicks, conversions and revenue from Google Search Console and GA4, an indexing report, and Page 360 for every URL.

  • AI traffic analytics. AI bot crawls and the real visitors AI engines send you, shown separately. Available on Pro.

Agents that improve visibility on Bing and beyond

Copilot only cites pages Bing indexes and trusts. Orchly connects to Bing Webmaster Tools to show Bing clicks, keywords and indexing status, and you can submit new or updated pages to Bing for crawling. The same work helps every AI engine.

  • Site Health Agent. Audits every page for crawl, indexing and AI search issues, and ranks the fixes.
Orchly Site Health Agent audit showing technical SEO and AI search issues by page with priority

  • Content Agent. Finds the prompts you lose in Copilot and other engines, writes new pages and refreshes old ones in your brand voice, and publishes them to your CMS, directly or after your approval.

  • Activation Agent. Runs outreach to the publishers, Reddit threads and videos AI engines cite.

Where Orchly falls short

  • Copilot is a paid add-on. ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews are included on every plan, and Copilot costs extra. Otterly.AI and AthenaHQ include it in the base plan.
  • No Bing AI Overview tracking. Orchly tracks Copilot, not the AI summaries in Bing search results. ZipTie tracks both.
  • 25 prompts on Essential. Enough to start, but most teams move to Pro for 100. LLMrefs gives you 500 for $79, refreshed weekly.

Orchly pricing

  • Essential: $49/month for 25 prompts refreshed daily, 20 articles, 1 site and 1 user
  • Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts, 50 articles, 3 sites and 5 users, with AI traffic analytics, custom agents and white-label reports
  • Enterprise: custom, with a customer success manager
  • Copilot is a paid add-on on every plan. There's a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing saves 25%.

2. Bing Webmaster Tools: best free native data

Bing Webmaster Tools is Microsoft's free site console, and its AI Performance report shows how often your own pages are cited in Microsoft Copilot answers, which suits every site that wants first-party Copilot data before paying for a tracker.

Bing Webmaster Tools isn't on our tested list, so this section is based on Microsoft's help pages and its February 2026 announcement.

The report covers Microsoft Copilot, the AI summaries in Bing search and some partner AI experiences. You see total citations, which pages were cited and the grounding queries behind them, meaning the searches Copilot ran to find sources. Microsoft notes the data is a sample, not every citation.

What it can't show is the answer itself. You won't see which competitors Copilot named, where you ranked in the answer, or prompts where you weren't cited at all. So it works best next to one of the trackers below.

Key features

  • Citations per page. How often each URL was cited in Copilot and Bing AI answers.
  • Grounding queries. The search phrases Copilot used to retrieve your pages, mapped to the pages they cited.
  • Average cited pages. Unique pages cited per day over the date range.
  • Indexing tools in the same console. URL Inspection, sitemaps, IndexNow and URL submission.

Where it falls short

  • Your own site only, with no competitor data.
  • No answer text, position or sentiment.
  • Grounding queries aren't the prompts people typed, and the data is sampled.

User reviews

We didn't find user reviews of the AI Performance report itself to quote.

Pricing

  • Bing Webmaster Tools: free with a verified site
  • You can import your sites from Google Search Console to set it up faster.

3. Peec AI: best daily Copilot tracker

Peec AI dashboard with Copilot tracking

Peec AI is an AI search analytics platform that tracks Microsoft Copilot daily on every plan from €85 a month, as one of the three models you pick, which suits teams that want clean daily Copilot data with unlimited seats.

We signed up and ran it on our usual buyer prompts. Setup took a few minutes. Peec read our site, suggested prompts, and visibility, position and sentiment against competitors filled in for each model.

For Copilot, the model picker is the part to understand. Starter lets you choose 3 models from ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Naver AI, so Copilot takes one of your three slots. Starter covers 50 prompts a day, about 4,500 answers a month.

Peec collects answers by scraping the interface people use, so the Copilot data matches what a buyer sees. The sources view, with every cited domain labelled owned, editorial, reference or UGC, was the part we kept coming back to.

Key features

  • Daily Copilot tracking. Visibility, position, sentiment and share of voice per prompt.
  • Model choice. 3 models per plan, with Copilot in the Starter list.
  • Source analytics. Cited domains and URLs, classified and split by model.
  • Actions and Peec Agent. Ranked fixes from your data, and since October 22, 2026, an agent that drafts briefs and page edits.
  • Unlimited users on every plan, plus an MCP server.

Where it falls short

  • Copilot uses one of your 3 model slots, and extra models cost more.
  • Claude, Grok and DeepSeek are Enterprise only.
  • The agent drafts, but publishing and outreach stay with your team.

User reviews

Peec AI's reviews have been quoted in most of our comparisons, so we kept this to two.

“I use it for AI visibility reports, and it shows the competitors we face in each LLM, which aren't the same as our SEO competitors.” (Source)

“It's a great way to see how AI models recommend your business and what they cite, but only a few models come with each tier.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Starter: €85/month for 50 prompts on 3 models, daily, 1 project
  • Pro: €205/month for 150 prompts and 2 projects
  • Advanced: €425/month for 350 prompts, 5 projects and multi-country tracking
  • US prices are $95, $245 and $495. Yearly billing saves 15%, and there's a free trial.

4. Otterly.AI: best for Copilot included on a small plan

Otterly.AI dashboard with Copilot tracking

Otterly.AI is a low-cost AI search monitoring tool that includes Microsoft Copilot on every plan, with daily checks from $29 a month, which suits small teams that want Copilot in the base price without picking engines.

We signed up and added our brand. Otterly built a competitor list and suggested prompts, and the first report was ready in about 15 minutes.

Copilot is one of the four engines in every plan, next to ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Gemini, AI Mode and Claude are add-ons, so for a Copilot-first team the base plan already covers what matters.

Otterly reads answers from the AI search websites themselves, and we liked opening a prompt and seeing the Copilot answer as it was written. Lite's 15 prompts go quickly, though, and the next step is $189.

Otterly has also written a guide to the Bing AI Performance report, which is a useful companion if you set that up too.

Key features

  • Copilot included, with ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Perplexity, checked daily.
  • Brand Visibility Index. Sorts every brand into Leaders, Niche or Low Performance.
  • Citation tracking with domain categories and changes over time.
  • GEO URL audits and recommendations, capped at 3 recommendations a week on Lite.
  • Unlimited team members, plus API and MCP access from Standard.

Where it falls short

  • 15 prompts on Lite, then a big jump to $189.
  • Gemini, AI Mode and Claude cost extra.
  • No content writing or outreach.

User reviews

“I get a detailed view of how our brand does across topics, regions and LLMs, and I can see where we need to act.” (Source)

“The reports are clear and easy to share, though there's a small learning curve before you find your way around.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Lite: $29/month for 15 prompts, Copilot included
  • Standard: $189/month for 100 prompts
  • Premium: $489/month for 400 prompts
  • Yearly billing saves 15%, and there's a free trial.

5. ZipTie: best for Copilot plus Bing AI Overviews

ZipTie is a pay-per-check AI search tracker that covers Microsoft Copilot and Bing's AI Overview at the same price as any other engine, from $25.65 a month, which suits SEOs who want Copilot and Bing's AI answers next to Google's in one tool.

We haven't used ZipTie ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, FAQ and archived pricing pages.

On ziptie.ai you build a plan from prompt slots. A daily slot re-runs its prompt every 24 hours, slots are pooled across projects, and you pay about a cent per engine check, whichever engines you choose.

It's the only tool here that tracks Bing AI Overview as its own engine, and those checks also capture the top 10 Bing organic results for your domain at no extra cost. The free trial covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Copilot, with 25 daily prompts and no card.

Key features

  • 7 engines at one rate, including Microsoft Copilot, Bing AI Overview, ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
  • Daily, weekly or monthly slots, set per project and pooled across the workspace.
  • Bing and Google organic results captured with the AI Overview checks.
  • White-label PDF reports and Search Console data on every plan.
  • Unlimited seats, projects and competitors.

Where it falls short

  • No Claude or Grok.
  • Paid plans aren't refunded, so the trial is your test.
  • Content Generation and API access cost extra.

User reviews

ZipTie has one G2 review, written about the original ziptie.dev, and we've quoted it before, so here's a different part.

“It lets me track prompts and tune specific pages for AI, but sometimes my projects don't populate, with no clear reason.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Starter preset: from $25.65/month for 30 daily prompts on 3 engines
  • Professional preset: from $340.20/month
  • Enterprise preset: from $1,647/month
  • 7-day free trial with 25 daily prompts and no card. Yearly billing saves 20%.

6. AthenaHQ: best free tier with Copilot

AthenaHQ AI search visibility dashboard

AthenaHQ is an AI search visibility platform whose free Essential plan includes Microsoft Copilot next to four other engines, which suits teams that want to see Copilot data before paying anything.

We haven't used AthenaHQ ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, docs and G2 reviews.

Essential gives you 300 credits a month, and one credit is one AI response, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot. That's enough to learn the dashboard, but not to track many prompts every day.

The paid step is Starter at $295 a month, with 3,600 credits on 11 models, including Claude, AI Mode and Grok. AthenaHQ doesn't publish a refresh rate, since how often prompts run depends on how you spend credits.

Key features

  • Copilot on the free plan, with ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Gemini.
  • Credits. One credit per AI response, 300 a month free, 3,600 on Starter.
  • Sources and Brand Traits. Owned, competitor and third-party citations, and how models describe you.
  • Content optimization agent on Starter.
  • Unlimited seats on every plan.

Where it falls short

  • 300 credits run out fast if you track several engines.
  • The jump from free to $295 is steep.
  • Self-serve plans cover one country.

User reviews

Almost every AthenaHQ review on G2 has been quoted in our other comparisons, so we've kept this to two.

“We used to prompt ChatGPT by hand and screenshot the answers, half a day per client. Now clients see week-over-week movement.” (Source)

“The help documentation is thin compared to more mature tools.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Essential: free, 300 credits a month on 5 engines, including Copilot
  • Starter: $295/month for 3,600 credits on 11 models
  • Enterprise: custom credits, multiple regions, SSO
  • Annual billing saves 17%.

7. LLMrefs: best flat price

LLMrefs AI citation tracking dashboard

LLMrefs is a keyword-based AI rank tracker that includes Microsoft Copilot and every other engine it covers in one $79 plan with 500 prompts, refreshed weekly, which suits small teams and agencies that want Copilot without per-engine fees.

We haven't used LLMrefs ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, docs and FAQ.

You start from keywords, and LLMrefs turns them into prompts across ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Copilot, Meta AI and DeepSeek. There are no add-ons, seats or project limits to work out.

The trade-off is freshness. Every keyword updates at least once a week, so you won't see day-to-day swings in Copilot. LLMrefs doesn't say how it collects answers.

Key features

  • Every engine on one plan, Copilot included, with no extra fees.
  • 500 prompts, across unlimited projects and team members.
  • Geo-targeting in 50+ countries and 20+ languages.
  • CSV export and API access.

Where it falls short

  • Weekly updates, not daily.
  • The $79 price is marked as limited time.
  • No content, outreach or fix workflow.

User reviews

We couldn't find independent user reviews of LLMrefs on G2, Trustpilot or Product Hunt, so we have no quotes to share.

Pricing

  • All in One: $79/month for 500 prompts on every engine, weekly
  • There's a 7-day free trial.

8. Ahrefs Brand Radar: best for Copilot research

Ahrefs Brand Radar AI mentions

Ahrefs Brand Radar shows how often any brand appears in Microsoft Copilot across about 28.7 million prompts modeled from real searches, from $199 a month for one platform, which suits teams that want to research Copilot visibility for a market or a competitor without writing prompts. We haven't used Brand Radar ourselves, since there's no trial, so this section is based on its product page, help docs and reviews.

The Copilot index is one of six. Ahrefs builds the prompts from its keyword database, expands them with People Also Ask and fan-out questions, and runs them through each AI platform. The question sets are re-tested monthly on a 90-day window, so it's a market view, not a daily tracker.

For your own prompts you add Custom Prompts and pick a cadence from daily to monthly per platform. Ahrefs also publishes the 50 sites Copilot cites most from the same data, which is a quick way to see who wins in Copilot.

Key features

  • Copilot index. About 28.7 million prompts, with mentions, citations and share of voice for any brand.
  • Six platforms. Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews and AI Mode, with Claude in Custom Prompts only.
  • Custom Prompts. Your own prompts on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence, from $50 a month.
  • Ahrefs data alongside. Keywords, backlinks and Web Analytics in the same account.

Where it falls short

  • The index refreshes monthly, not daily.
  • Index metrics can shift when Ahrefs updates its data.
  • No trial, and no client-ready report export.

User reviews

Few Ahrefs reviews are about Brand Radar itself, and we've quoted this one before, so it's the only quote here, from a different part.

“It's useful for seeing which sources AI favors outside English-speaking markets, but the metrics change retroactively with each index update, so tracked prompts end up being the workaround.” (Source)

Pricing

  • One platform: $199/month, for example the Copilot index alone
  • All platforms: $699/month, including 2,500 custom prompt checks
  • Custom Prompts: from $50/month for 2,500 checks
  • There's no free trial.

9. Keyword.com: best for Copilot next to Google rankings

Keyword.com is a Google rank tracker with an AI Visibility plan that tracks Microsoft Copilot on credits, from $9.80 a month, which suits SEOs and agencies that want Copilot answers next to their keyword rankings for very little money.

We haven't used Keyword.com ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page and Trustpilot reviews.

The credit calculator is the thing to read. Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews are "chat app" engines at 0.25 credits a run, while Claude, Perplexity Sonar, Grok, DeepSeek and Mistral run through APIs at 1 credit. You pick daily, weekly or monthly runs per prompt.

So the entry plan's 20 credits cover 20 Copilot prompts checked weekly, or about 2 checked daily. The 360° Visibility plan adds Google rank tracking with 15 credits from $26 a month billed yearly.

Key features

  • Copilot at 0.25 credits a run, with weekly, daily or monthly refresh.
  • Competitors, citations and sentiment on the AI Visibility plan.
  • Prompt research to find prompts worth tracking.
  • MCP server and API, plus live shared reports.
  • Unlimited users and projects.

Where it falls short

  • 20 credits don't go far if you want daily Copilot data.
  • Claude, Perplexity and Grok cost 4 times as much per run, since they go through APIs.
  • White-label reports are a $29/month add-on.

User reviews

“We went from near zero to about 4,000 Copilot citations, and the AI Visibility data is the standout. The MCP tools are read only, so I had to work around that.” (Source)

“Much more affordable than other SEO tools for rankings and AI visibility.” (Source)

“The prompts it suggested made sense, but you can't see search volume for prompts, and I'm still skeptical about AI tracking.” (Source)

Pricing

  • AI Visibility: $9.80/month ($7.83 billed yearly) for 20 credits, up to 2,000 credits
  • 360° Visibility: $33/month ($26 billed yearly) for 1,000 keywords and 15 credits
  • Search Visibility: from $4/month ($3 billed yearly), Google only, AI credits as an add-on
  • 14-day free trial with no card, including 100 keywords and 20 credits.

10. Rankscale: best for cadence control

Rankscale is a credit-based AI rank tracker that runs Microsoft Copilot through its real interface on a schedule you set per search term, from $17 a month billed yearly, which suits hands-on SEOs who want to decide how often Copilot is checked.

We used the 7-day Pro trial. Credits are the whole model, and we checked our money prompts daily and the long tail weekly. Copilot sits in the credit calculator as a GUI engine, meaning Rankscale reads the interface rather than an API, but the pricing page doesn't show its per-run cost the way it does for ChatGPT or Gemini (0.25 credits), so check it in the calculator before you plan.

It goes further on Copilot than most tools here. Shopping analysis covers Bing Copilot Shopping cards, ad analytics covers sponsored ads in Copilot, and local results track Copilot's map packs.

Honestly, the dashboards took us a while, and client reports are mostly something you build yourself. Perplexity interface monitoring has also been paused since October 12, 2026.

Key features

  • Copilot via the interface, on a schedule from hourly to monthly per search term.
  • Copilot Shopping, ads and local results. Shopping cards, sponsored ads and map packs.
  • 21 engines and models, including ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Gemini and Claude.
  • Credit rollover up to 2x on Pro and Pro+ and 3x on Growth.
  • Query fan-out and page audits.

Where it falls short

  • Credits take planning, and the Copilot cost per run isn't on the pricing page.
  • Reporting for clients is mostly manual.
  • Essentials is sold yearly only.

User reviews

“I'm grateful for the free page audits, and the trending topics in our industry helped me plan content.” (Source)

“We track our competitors' sentiment as well as our own, though the analysis only covers the prompts you set up yourself.” (Source)

“There are tools here no other GEO platform offers at this price, but it's quite a learning curve, and I couldn't find an FAQ or a proper guide.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Essentials: $17/month billed yearly for 120 credits and 2 brand dashboards
  • Pro: $99/month ($84 billed yearly) for 1,200 credits
  • Pro+: $229/month for 3,000 credits and REST API access
  • Growth: $385/month for 5,500 credits. Enterprise is $780/month.

Tools that don't track Copilot

Some lists recommend these for Copilot, but as of November 2026 their pricing pages don't include it: Promptmonitor, Trakkr, Nightwatch and Knowatoa. SE Visible lists Copilot as planned, and Profound tracks it only on Enterprise.

Two tools we listed here before do track Copilot now. Scrunch includes it on its $250 Core plan, next to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and Promptwatch includes it on every plan from $95 a month.

How Copilot picks its sources

  • It uses Bing's index. Microsoft says Copilot grounds its answers on Bing, so a page Bing doesn't index can't be cited. Submit your sitemap in Bing Webmaster Tools and use IndexNow.
  • It favors retail and reference sites. In Ahrefs' September 2026 data from more than 3 million US queries, Amazon (16.8%), Walmart (12.6%) and Wikipedia (7.6%) led the mention share among the 50 sites Copilot cites most.
  • A few pages get most of the citations. When Search Influence looked at 20,000 Copilot citations in its own AI Performance report, its top four pages earned 90% of them.
  • It sells now. Microsoft launched Copilot Checkout on January 8, 2026, with PayPal, Shopify and Stripe, so product pages and feeds matter more.

Which Copilot rank tracker should you choose?

  • You want Copilot tracking plus agents that run the work on their own: Orchly, with Copilot as a paid add-on.
  • You want free, first-party Copilot citation data: Bing Webmaster Tools. Set it up first, whatever else you buy.
  • You want clean daily Copilot data with unlimited seats: Peec AI.
  • You want Copilot in the base price on a small budget: Otterly.AI from $29.
  • You care about Bing's AI Overview as well as Copilot: ZipTie.
  • You want to try Copilot tracking for free: AthenaHQ's Essential plan.
  • You want every engine for one flat price and weekly is enough: LLMrefs.
  • You want to research a competitor's Copilot visibility with no setup: Ahrefs Brand Radar.
  • You want Copilot next to Google rankings for a few dollars: Keyword.com.
  • You want to set how often each Copilot prompt runs, plus shopping and ads data: Rankscale.

Copilot answers change between runs, so judge any tool on the trend over a few weeks, not one check.
