10 Best Am I On AI Alternatives in 2026 (More Engines)

Am I On AI alternatives make sense once you need more than ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, or fresher data than a weekly scan. Am I On AI, built by Mindshare AI, tracks how often those two engines mention your brand and sends a weekly list of onsite and offsite tasks for your team to carry out. Plans start at $100 a month, the $349 Prism plan adds 5 audience segments, and the $2,500 GEO Council tier is waitlisted.

These 10 Am I On AI alternatives cover more engines, refresh daily, split results by persona, or have agents do the work. Prices checked in November 2026.

Editor's note

How we compared these Am I On AI alternatives

We used Peec AI, Otterly.AI, Scrunch, SE Visible, the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit and Profound on their trials or entry plans, ran the same buyer prompts through each and looked at:

  • Which engines the entry plan covers, and how often it refreshes
  • Whether it splits results by persona or audience segment
  • What it does about the gaps, and what that costs

We haven't used Am I On AI, so we describe it from its website, pricing page, agency page and archived copies of those pages. It has no user reviews on G2 or Trustpilot yet. Gumshoe, LLMrefs and AthenaHQ (which asked for a sales call) aren't on our tested list either, so we went by their pricing pages and docs. Review quotes are condensed from G2 and Product Hunt and link to the original.

Orchly is our product. We held it to the same checks and say where it falls short. Checked November 2026.

1. Orchly: best Am I On AI alternative to appear in more AI answers

Orchly AI visibility overview showing AI Visibility Score, Share of Voice, sentiment, average position and a competitor leaderboard
Orchly's AI visibility overview

Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform. It tracks your brand every day in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot as paid add-ons (it also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek), and its agents run on their own, on a schedule.

They analyze your AI visibility, your competitors, your SEO and your Search Console and GA4 data, decide what to write and which pages to refresh, and do it in your brand voice. They keep Brand Brain up to date, find the sites, people and Reddit threads worth reaching, run the outreach and draft the replies, and audit your site for technical SEO and AI search issues with the fixes ranked. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.

Am I On AI gives you a weekly list of tasks for ChatGPT and AI Overviews and leaves the doing to your team. Orchly's agents run that work end to end, from $49 a month.

More engines, checked daily

  • Daily, real-interface tracking. ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews included, with Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Copilot as add-ons (Orchly also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek). Answers change often, and Ahrefs found AI Overviews change about every 2 days, so a weekly scan misses most of it.
  • Prompts by brand and intent. Branded vs non-branded, and commercial, informational or transactional.

Where Orchly falls short

  • No audience segments. Am I On AI's Prism plan tracks 5 audience segments. Orchly segments by brand type and intent.
  • Fewer prompts at entry. Am I On AI Pro includes 150 prompts. Orchly Essential includes 25.

Orchly pricing

  • Essential: $49/month for 25 prompts, 20 articles, 1 site and 1 user
  • Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts, 50 articles, 3 sites and 5 users, with AI traffic analytics, custom agents and white-label reports
  • Enterprise: custom, with a customer success manager
  • There's a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing saves 25%.

2. Peec AI: best daily tracker

Peec AI dashboard

Peec AI is an AI search analytics platform that checks your prompts every day on any 3 models you choose, with unlimited seats from €85 a month, which suits teams that find Am I On AI's weekly scan too slow.

We signed up and had data within a few minutes. Peec read our site, suggested prompts, and visibility, position and sentiment against our competitors filled in for each engine.

Daily data is the big change if you're coming from Am I On AI. You see a drop the day after it happens, and you can add Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot instead of being held to ChatGPT and AI Overviews.

It won't hand you a weekly to-do list in the same way. Actions, added in February 2026, ranks owned and earned fixes, and your team still does the work. The sources view was the part we used most.

Key features

  • Model choice. Any 3 of ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Naver AI, with Perplexity and other extra models from €25 a month.
  • Daily tracking. 50, 150 or 350 prompts, checked every day.
  • Actions. Ranked owned and earned fixes drawn from your data.
  • AI Referrals. Sessions, conversions and revenue from AI assistants through GA4, since September 2026.
  • Unlimited seats on every plan, plus an MCP server.

Where it falls short

  • 3 models per plan unless you pay for more.
  • Claude, Grok and DeepSeek are Enterprise only.
  • No content writing, publishing or outreach.

User reviews

“The sources feature shows where the content comes from, so we can see which sources affect us most and plan what to do next.” (Source)

“It turns a lot of prompt data into useful rankings and comparisons.” (Source)

“There are a lot of options we never use, and I'd rather the navigation stuck to the key features.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Starter: €85/month (about $95) for 50 prompts and 3 models
  • Pro: €205/month for 150 prompts
  • Advanced: €425/month for 350 prompts
  • Unlimited seats on every plan, and a free trial. Yearly billing saves 15%.

3. Otterly.AI: best budget alternative

Otterly.AI dashboard

Otterly.AI is a low-cost AI search monitoring tool that checks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot every day from $29 a month, which makes it the cheapest way to double Am I On AI's engine count.

Setup took us about 15 minutes. Otterly built a competitor list from our brand name, suggested prompts, and the first report followed.

The view we opened most was the Brand Visibility Index, which sorts every brand into Leaders, Niche or Low Performance. You can also open each prompt and read the answer as the engine gave it.

Lite is small, though. 15 prompts is a tenth of Am I On AI Pro's 150, and the next plan up is $189. AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are paid add-ons on every plan.

Key features

  • Four engines included. ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, checked daily.
  • Brand Visibility Index. Leaders, Niche and Low Performance quadrants for you and your competitors.
  • GEO URL audits. 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 by plan, with recommendations capped at 3 a week on Lite.
  • Agent Analytics. AI crawler visits from your server logs, since August 2026.
  • Unlimited seats, plus API and MCP requests from Standard.

Where it falls short

  • 15 prompts and 1 workspace on Lite.
  • Engine add-ons push all 7 engines on Standard to about $416 a month.
  • No content writing or outreach.
  • ChatGPT ads reporting has been paused since September 16, 2026. Shopping cards are still tracked.

User reviews

“The team is very responsive, and partner support for small agencies is excellent.” (Source)

“It makes AI content monitoring simple to follow.” (Source)

“I'd like more granular historical data for trend analysis, and faster refreshes when I'm checking recent content changes.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Lite: $29/month for 15 prompts
  • Standard: $189/month for 100 prompts
  • Premium: $489/month for 400 prompts
  • Yearly billing saves 15%, and the free trial needs no card.

4. Scrunch: best for personas

Scrunch AI visibility dashboard

Scrunch is an AI visibility platform, owned by Sitecore since June 2026, that tracks 125 prompts on four engines from $250 a month and adds custom personas on Enterprise, which suits larger teams that want Am I On AI's segment view with more engines and an AI crawler report.

We used the 7-day trial. Scrunch drafted a brand description from our site, we confirmed it, added competitors, a persona and our topics, and started from five suggested prompts.

Personas work as a filter on your results. Core includes one, and more personas, countries and languages come with Enterprise. If segments are why you'd pay for Am I On AI's $349 Prism plan, check how many personas Scrunch will quote you for before comparing prices.

The reason we'd pick it is Agent Traffic. Once your CDN or host is connected, you see which pages AI bots read, with GA4 AI referrals next to it. New prompts run daily for 14 days, then every 72 hours.

Key features

  • Core engines. ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Copilot, with 5,000 responses a month.
  • Personas. 1 on Core and a custom number on Enterprise.
  • Agent Traffic. AI crawler visits by page, once you connect your CDN or host.
  • Site audits. 5 a month on Core.
  • Agent Experience Platform (AXP). Pages served to AI agents in a form they read easily, on Enterprise.

Where it falls short

  • One persona, one country and one language on Core.
  • Claude, Gemini, AI Mode, Meta AI and Grok are Enterprise only.
  • Prompts drop to a 72-hour cycle after the first two weeks.
  • No content writing or outreach.

User reviews

“We build a set of representative prompts for each client and show which models mention and cite them over time. The AI context generation makes setup easy.” (Source)

“The reports are clearly categorized, so I find the insights I need quickly.” (Source)

“Removing old tags from prompts is harder than it should be.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Core: $250/month for 125 prompts on 4 engines, 1 persona and 5 user licenses
  • Enterprise: custom, with 9 engines, custom personas, AXP, API and SSO
  • 7-day free trial on Core.

5. Gumshoe: best cheap persona audits

Gumshoe AI persona visibility report

Gumshoe is a persona-based AI visibility platform that builds the buyer personas in your market and runs an audit across six AI models for each one, from $99 a month per project, which suits teams that want Am I On AI's audience segments without paying $349 for Prism. We haven't used Gumshoe ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, FAQ and methodology page.

Everything starts from personas. Gumshoe writes the prompts each persona would ask, so the same question from two different buyers can come back with two different answers. A standard audit runs 8 personas, 10 prompts each, on 6 models.

The default six are Claude Sonnet, ChatGPT mini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity Sonar, Gemini Flash and Grok, and paid plans can switch between 12 model families. Gumshoe says it uses the official model APIs rather than the chat interfaces, with AI Overviews taken from live Google results.

The rhythm is different from Am I On AI's weekly scan. Starter runs a full Visibility Audit once a month, with a smaller Snapshot Audit every week. Pro moves the Snapshot to daily and adds sentiment, citation and content audits.

Key features

  • Persona engine. Buyer personas and the prompts each would ask, built for your market.
  • Six models per audit. Claude, ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok by default, from 12 model families.
  • Snapshot Audits. Weekly on Starter and daily on Pro, between monthly full audits.
  • Content generation. FAQs, comparisons and how-tos, 3 runs a month on Starter and 10 on Pro.
  • Unlimited seats, CSV and JSON export, and an MCP server.

Where it falls short

  • Each product line is a separate project with its own plan.
  • Sentiment, citation and content audits need the $299 Pro plan.
  • Answers come from model APIs, not the chat apps people use.
  • No Google AI Mode or Copilot.

User reviews

Gumshoe has only a handful of reviews on G2 and none on Trustpilot, so we have no user quotes to share.

Pricing

  • Free sample: one audit with 4 personas, 5 prompts each and 4 models, no card
  • Starter: $99/month per project, with a monthly Visibility Audit and weekly Snapshots
  • Pro: $299/month per project, adding sentiment, citation and content audits and daily Snapshots
  • Monthly billing with no annual contract. Each plan includes 480 conversations, and extra ones cost $0.10.

6. LLMrefs: best engine coverage per dollar

LLMrefs AI citation tracking dashboard

LLMrefs is a keyword-based AI rank tracker that covers 11 AI engines and 500 prompts on a single $79 plan, which suits SEO teams that want far more engines than Am I On AI for less money. We haven't used LLMrefs ourselves, so this section draws on its pricing page, FAQ and docs.

You start from keywords instead of prompts. LLMrefs turns about 50 keywords into the conversational prompts behind them and rolls the results up per keyword, with share of voice and average position.

The engine list is the draw: ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and Meta AI, with Grok and DeepSeek also listed on its homepage. Every account gets unlimited projects and seats.

Freshness is no better than Am I On AI's. The FAQ says each keyword updates at least once a week, and the $79 price is still labelled limited time.

Key features

  • About ten engines on one plan, including Claude, Copilot and AI Mode.
  • Keyword tracking. 500 prompts generated from your keywords, with monthly volume estimates.
  • Unlimited projects and seats, with CSV export and an API.
  • Geo-targeting in 50+ countries and 20+ languages.

Where it falls short

  • Weekly updates at minimum, the same rhythm as Am I On AI.
  • You don't fully control the prompts, since they come from your keywords.
  • No personas, sentiment, content writing or action plans.

User reviews

LLMrefs has no reviews on G2 or Trustpilot, and its one Product Hunt review is a single line of praise, so we have no user quotes to share.

Pricing

  • All in One: $79/month for 500 prompts and every engine it tracks
  • 7-day free trial. More keywords are sold as an upgrade with no listed price.

7. SE Visible: best for agencies

SE Ranking AI search visibility report

SE Visible is SE Ranking's standalone AI visibility tracker, with 200 prompts pooled across 3 projects, daily checks and unlimited users from $99, which suits agencies and multi-brand teams that would otherwise need several Am I On AI subscriptions.

We used the 10-day trial. Setup asks for a brand name, up to five topics, and a country and language. After the first scan it suggested competitors and other names for our brand.

The pooled allowance is what makes it work for several brands. You spread 200 prompts across 3 projects however you like, and each prompt counts once however many engines it runs on. Answers come from real browser sessions, and we liked reading each one exactly as the engine gave it.

Engines are the limit. The plan cards list ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews, Claude is still marked coming soon, and there's no Grok or Copilot.

Key features

  • Four engines. ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews.
  • Pooled prompts. 200, 450 or 1,000 prompts shared across 3, 5 or 10 projects.
  • Daily refresh through real browser sessions.
  • Competitor Gap Analysis. Ranks the sources that cite competitors but not you, since July 2026.
  • Unlimited users and an API on every plan, with CSV and XLSX exports.

Where it falls short

  • No Claude yet, and no Grok, DeepSeek or Copilot.
  • No PDF or white-label reports.
  • Tracking only, with no content drafting or outreach.

User reviews

SE Visible has no reviews on G2 or Capterra yet, so we have no user quotes to share.

Pricing

  • Basic: $99/month for 200 prompts and 3 projects
  • Core: $189/month for 450 prompts and 5 projects
  • Plus: $355/month for 1,000 prompts and 10 projects, by demo
  • Yearly billing saves 20% ($79, $151 and $284 a month), and there's a 10-day free trial.

8. AthenaHQ: best free tier

AthenaHQ AI search visibility dashboard

AthenaHQ is a Y Combinator-backed AI search platform with a free plan on 5 engines and 11 models on its $295 Starter plan, which suits teams that want to see more than ChatGPT before they pay anything. AthenaHQ asked us to book a sales call before giving access, so this section is based on its pricing page, docs, release notes and G2 reviews.

The free Essentials plan includes 300 credits on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot. One credit is one AI response, so it's enough for a first look rather than ongoing tracking.

Starter adds AI Mode, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral, plus Actions and a content optimization agent. Its 3,600 credits go quickly across 11 models, and there's nothing between free and $295.

Personas sit on Enterprise. Self-serve plans also track one country at a time, where Am I On AI supports more than 100.

Key features

  • Free Essentials plan. 300 credits on 5 engines.
  • 11 models on Starter, including AI Mode, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral.
  • Actions and a content optimization agent, from Starter.
  • Clickable metrics. Share of voice, mention rate and citation rate, each linked to the stored answers.
  • Unlimited seats on every plan.

Where it falls short

  • Nothing between the free plan and $295 a month.
  • Personas, the recommendation engine, BI exports and SSO are Enterprise only.
  • Self-serve plans cover one country, and API access costs extra.

User reviews

“Competitive benchmarking showed that a smaller open-source competitor was cited more than us for our core use case.” (Source)

“The reporting is clean enough to share with franchise owners who aren't marketers.” (Source)

“The filters panel feels less polished than the core features, and it tripped up a few people when they started.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Essentials: free, with 300 credits on 5 engines
  • Starter: $295/month, about $245 billed yearly, for 3,600 credits on 11 models
  • Enterprise: custom
  • API access and extra credits are paid add-ons on Starter.

9. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit: best inside an SEO suite

Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit report

The Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit is Semrush's add-on for tracking how AI search describes your brand, next to its keyword and prompt volume data, and it suits teams that already plan content in Semrush. Semrush has been part of Adobe since April 2026.

We clicked AI in the left menu, entered our domain and had an AI Visibility Score out of 100 within a few minutes.

Prompt Research was the report we kept going back to. It works like Keyword Magic for AI questions, with volume and intent estimates from a database of more than 317 million prompts. Am I On AI generates your prompts for you but doesn't show how often people ask them.

The allowance is small. $99 a month buys 25 prompts for one domain, against 150 on Am I On AI Pro, and each extra domain and user costs more. Prompt Tracking runs daily on ChatGPT Search, AI Mode, Gemini and AI Overviews, and Brand Performance adds Perplexity on a weekly update.

Key features

  • AI Visibility Score. One score out of 100 against up to 4 competitors.
  • Prompt Research. Prompt volume and intent from 317 million+ prompts.
  • Daily Prompt Tracking on ChatGPT Search, AI Mode, Gemini and AI Overviews.
  • Brand Performance. Share of voice, sentiment and cited sources, with Perplexity, updated weekly.
  • AI search site audit and the Semrush MCP for Claude.

Where it falls short

  • 25 prompts per domain, and 50 more cost $60 a month.
  • Every extra domain is another $99, and every extra user needs a license.
  • Claude, Grok and DeepSeek are on the Enterprise AIO tier only.
  • It recommends changes but doesn't make them.

User reviews

Most Semrush reviews cover the SEO suite. These three are about the AI toolkit:

“As more discovery moves to AI search, the AI Visibility score keeps our AEO and GEO priorities in front of us.” (Source)

“The recommendations can be too high-level. I'd like more specific next steps.” (Source)

“Every brand we added became a $99 monthly charge we couldn't remove ourselves.” (Source)

Pricing

  • AI Visibility Toolkit: $99/month per domain for 25 prompts, billed annually
  • Semrush One: from $199/month with 50 prompts, or $299 for 100
  • There's no standalone free trial. The trial comes through Semrush One.

10. Profound: best for enterprise

Profound answer engine insights dashboard

Profound is an enterprise AI visibility platform used by more than 1,000 brands, including a third of the Fortune 100, with nine engines and AI Marketer agents, which suits large companies that want a full program rather than Am I On AI's waitlisted GEO Council.

We tested it on the 7-day trial. Profound picked 50 prompts for our industry, we couldn't edit them, and only ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews ran. It showed us the product well, but not our own market.

Brands can only buy it through sales now. Profound removed its $99 and $399 self-serve brand plans in September 2026, the same month it raised a $180M Series D at a $1.8B valuation. Agencies get a separate self-serve plan.

On top of tracking, AI Marketer runs agents that draft and publish content. Since October you can set one up by describing the job in plain words, and agent work draws on credit wallets.

Key features

  • Nine engines on Enterprise. ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, AI Overviews and Exa.
  • Prompt Volumes. Demand estimates from more than 1.5 billion prompts in 35 countries, updated weekly.
  • AI Marketer. Content agents with a Context Manager that holds your brand context.
  • Agent Analytics. AI crawler activity, with Search Console data in Pages since September 2026.
  • Microsoft Teams and Confluence. AI Marketer works inside Teams and imports from Confluence, since October 2026.

Where it falls short

  • No self-serve plan for brands.
  • The trial runs 50 preset prompts on three engines.
  • Exports, the API, the Claude connector and ChatGPT Shopping are Enterprise only.
  • No Grok since Exa replaced it in September 2026.

User reviews

“We came for tracking how often ChatGPT recommends our product, and found a lot more useful features once we were in.” (Source)

“It makes AI visibility tangible: which competitors appear, which prompts drive the results and which sources get cited.” (Source)

“The metrics and terms are so new that finding your way around takes a while.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Brands: custom Enterprise pricing through sales
  • Agencies: a separate self-serve Agency Growth plan
  • Trial: 7 days free, with 50 preset prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews

What changed with Am I On AI in 2026

Am I On AI reworked its plans and added a second engine this year. We compared archived copies of its pricing page and homepage with today's versions.

  • New plans (by June). From December 2025 to at least February 9, 2026, the pricing page listed two plans: Single at $100 a month for 1 product and 100 prompts, and Multiple at $250 for 3 products and 300 prompts, both scanned weekly with unlimited seats. By June 16 they were replaced by Pro at $100 for 150 prompts, Prism at $349 for 750 prompts across 5 audience segments, and GEO Council at $2,500.
  • Google AI Overviews added (spring). Until mid-April the homepage asked whether your business is mentioned on ChatGPT. By May 20 a banner said Google AI Overview tracking was included in all plans, and every plan now lists ChatGPT and AI Overviews.
  • GEO Council is full. The $2,500 expert-led tier, with monthly calls and a quarterly board snapshot, says it's fully booked and takes a waitlist.
  • Gartner listing (March 9). Gartner's Market Guide for Answer Engine Visibility Tools named Am I on AI among its sample vendors.

What didn't change: weekly scans, the $100 entry price, and recommendations your own team carries out.

Am I On AI plans at a glance

  • Pro: $100/month for up to 150 prompts on ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, with citation data, personalized recommendations and content pillar tracking
  • Prism: $349/month for up to 750 prompts across 5 audience segments, with citations and an action plan for each segment
  • GEO Council: $2,500/month for custom segments and prompts, monthly calls with an expert and a quarterly board snapshot, currently waitlisted
  • Agencies: $250/month for 3 tracked clients with white-label reports, up to $1,750 for 30 clients, with unlimited team seats
  • Pro and Prism have a 7-day free trial. The homepage says no card is needed, though the trial button on the pricing page opens a Stripe checkout.
  • Scans run weekly. The product page says prompts run on GPT-4o with internet access from a local IP address, and the Mindshare API exposes the same data.

When to stay with Am I On AI

Stay with Am I On AI if:

  • You want a weekly list of onsite and offsite tasks, from Reddit replies to LinkedIn articles, and your team has the 3 to 4 hours a week its FAQ suggests for doing them.
  • You want 5 audience segments for $349 a month.
  • You're an agency that wants white-label reports from $250 for 3 clients.

User reviews

Am I On AI has no reviews on G2, Trustpilot or OMR Reviews yet, so we have no user quotes to share.
