10 Best AI Search Visibility Tools for Ecommerce (2026)

The best AI search visibility tools for ecommerce in November 2026 are Orchly, Profound, Peec AI, Goodie and AthenaHQ, with LLM Pulse, Promptwatch, Scrunch, Brandlight and Evertune for narrower jobs. We judged all 10 on what an online store needs: product-level tracking in ChatGPT Shopping and other AI shopping surfaces, catalog or feed import, whether the prices AI quotes match yours, which merchants and rival products win your product prompts, and what the tool does with the findings.

In March 2026, AI traffic to US retailers converted 42% better than other visitors, according to Adobe data reported by TechCrunch, so the products AI picks now turn into real sales. Prices checked in November 2026.

Editor's note

How we checked these ecommerce AI visibility tools

We've run Profound, Peec AI, Promptwatch and Scrunch on their trials or entry plans. Most shopping modules sit on higher plans, so for this list we went back to every pricing page, help center and changelog and noted:

  • Which plan includes product-level shopping data, and what it costs
  • Which AI shopping surfaces it covers, from ChatGPT to Alexa for Shopping and Sparky
  • Whether it imports your catalog, checks the prices AI quotes and does anything with the findings

Goodie, AthenaHQ, LLM Pulse, Brandlight and Evertune aren't on our tested list, and AthenaHQ and Brandlight start with a sales call, so for those we went by pricing pages, docs, release notes and reviews. Review quotes are condensed from G2, Capterra and Trustpilot and link to the original.

Orchly is our product. We held it to the same checks and say where it falls short. Checked November 2026.

1. Orchly: best AI search visibility tool for ecommerce, with agents that win more product recommendations

Orchly ChatGPT shopping visibility showing product appearances, share of voice and competing products
Your products in ChatGPT shopping answers

Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform that tracks your brand and your products in AI answers every day, checks the prices AI quotes against your own catalog, and runs agents that do the work of getting your products picked more often, on their own.

It reads answers from the engines' real interfaces rather than through APIs. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are included, with Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot as paid add-ons, and it also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek.

The agents run on a schedule, without being asked. They analyze your AI visibility, your competitors, your SEO and your Search Console and GA4 data, decide which buying guides, category pages and product content to write or refresh, and do it in your brand voice. They keep Brand Brain up to date, find the review sites, people and Reddit threads worth reaching, run the outreach and draft the replies, and audit your site for technical SEO and AI search issues with the fixes ranked. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.

Most tools on this list give you a product tracker plus a to-do list. Orchly's agents run the work end to end.

See which products AI recommends

  • Shopping visibility. For buying prompts in ChatGPT, see which of your products make the shortlist, their position and win rate, your share of voice against rival brands, and which competing products take the slot.
  • Catalog import. Fetch your Shopify store, with no app to install, or upload a CSV or Google Merchant Center feed. Orchly matches your products to every past shopping answer, so you get history from day one.
  • Merchants. See which retailers AI offers as checkout options, with your own store tagged Owned, so you know when Amazon or a reseller gets the click.

Product-level analytics with catalog price vs AI price

Catch wrong prices and policies

  • Price checks. Orchly flags the price AI quotes when it differs from your catalog price by 5% or more, and the product drawer shows the merchants and sources the number came from.
  • Fact check. Checks each answer against Brand Brain, your approved product, pricing and policy facts, and flags the claims AI gets wrong, like an old return window or shipping cost.
Orchly fact check comparing AI answers against the brand's own facts and flagging contradictions
Fact check: wrong prices and policies flagged against Brand Brain
  • Query fan-outs. The web searches AI ran before naming a product, like "best trail running shoes under $150", so you know what your product pages need to cover.

Get into the reviews and roundups AI trusts

  • Mention Gap. Product answers lean on review sites, "best of" roundups and gift guides. Mention Gap lists the cited pages that name your competitors but not you.
Orchly Mention Gap report listing top cited sources where competitors are mentioned but the brand is not
Roundups and review pages that skip you
  • Activation Agent. Finds the pages, Reddit threads and YouTube videos AI cites for your products, drafts the outreach and the Reddit replies, and sends outreach from your own inbox, directly or after your approval.

Tie it to revenue

  • AI traffic analytics. On Pro, see AI crawler visits and the shoppers arriving from ChatGPT, Perplexity and others, by page.
  • Search Console and GA4. Revenue and conversions sit next to your AI visibility and Google rankings, so you can see which product pages actually sell.

Write the pages that get cited

The Content Agent turns the product prompts you're losing into tasks: buying guides, category pages, comparison pages and refreshes to existing content. It writes in your brand voice and publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Ghost or Sanity, directly or after your approval. See how it fits ecommerce teams.

Where Orchly falls short

  • No retail assistants. Orchly doesn't track Alexa for Shopping or Walmart Sparky. If most of your sales happen on Amazon or Walmart, look at Goodie or LLM Pulse.
  • Shopping data comes from ChatGPT. That's where AI product shortlists show up most today, but Peec's shopping page also names Perplexity and Gemini.
  • No Shopify publishing. The Content Agent doesn't publish to Shopify, so you copy drafts over yourself.
  • Shopping starts on Pro. Essential covers brand tracking, and product tracking needs the $125 Pro plan.

Orchly pricing

  • Essential: $49/month for 25 prompts refreshed daily, 20 articles, 1 site and 1 user
  • Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts, 50 articles, 3 sites and 5 users, with shopping visibility, AI traffic analytics and white-label reports
  • Enterprise: custom, with unlimited users and websites
  • Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Copilot are paid add-ons. There's a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing saves about 25%.

2. Profound: best for enterprise retail and SKU-level ChatGPT Shopping

Profound dashboard

Profound is an enterprise AI visibility platform whose ChatGPT Shopping module tracks your products SKU by SKU, with the merchants that own the checkout links, which suits large retailers and consumer brands with a sales-led budget.

We tested Profound on its 7-day trial. The trial picks 50 prompts for your industry, and we couldn't edit them, so it showed us the product more than our own market. Shopping isn't part of it. ChatGPT Shopping is an Enterprise feature, so this part comes from Profound's shopping page and help docs.

The shopping view is detailed. Profound runs your tracked prompts through ChatGPT, checks which ones trigger shopping mode, and records the product tiles, prices and merchant links. You see visibility per SKU, how ChatGPT describes and categorizes each product, and the citations and keywords behind it.

The Merchant Layer was the part we'd want most as a brand that sells through retailers. It shows which stores and marketplaces own your checkout options in ChatGPT, and how share splits between them.

Key features

  • SKU-Level Analysis. Visibility per product, with the related citations and keywords.
  • Merchant Layer. Which retailers and direct stores hold your checkout links, and their share.
  • Attribute Accuracy and Shopper Sentiment. How ChatGPT describes your products and how that reads to a buyer.
  • Shopping Mode Rate. How often a category's prompts trigger the shopping interface.
  • Feed guidance. Points to the feed fields and structured markup that decide whether ChatGPT identifies your products correctly.

Where it falls short

  • No self-serve plan for brands, and ChatGPT Shopping is Enterprise only.
  • Shopping covers ChatGPT. There's no Alexa for Shopping or Walmart Sparky.
  • No catalog upload is described on the shopping page, so ask how SKUs get matched.

User reviews

Most of Profound's G2 reviews are already quoted in our other comparisons, so we've kept this to two.

“We wanted to know how often ChatGPT recommends our product, and that's what we started with.” (Source)

“It can be confusing to find the information we need, and it takes a while to learn what Profound's terms mean.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Enterprise: custom pricing through sales, with up to 9 engines and ChatGPT Shopping
  • Trial: 7 days free, with 50 preset prompts daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews, and no shopping data
  • Profound removed its $99 and $399 self-serve brand plans in September 2026.

3. Peec AI: best for catalog-based SKU tracking on a budget

Peec AI dashboard

Peec AI is an AI search analytics platform whose AI Shopping view imports your catalog from a Shopify store, a CSV or a Google Merchant Center feed and tracks visibility, position, win rate and the quoted price for each SKU, from $95 (€85) a month, which suits DTC brands that want product data next to brand tracking.

We've used Peec on our usual buyer prompts. Setup took a few minutes, and visibility, position and sentiment against competitors filled in for each model without much work. The shopping part we know from Peec's launch post and pricing page.

AI Shopping launched in June 2026. The catalog setup is the cleanest on this list next to Orchly's: paste your Shopify store domain and Peec reads the public product feed, or upload a CSV or a Merchant Center feed. Each product then gets visibility, position and win rate, plus the price AI quotes checked against your catalog price.

Two things to check before you buy. Peec's shopping page names ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, but you pick 3 models per plan from ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini and Naver AI, and Perplexity is an extra model. And the pricing page lists AI Shopping without saying which plan includes it.

Key features

  • Catalog import. Shopify store domain, CSV or Google Merchant Center feed.
  • SKU-level tracking. Visibility, position and win rate per product.
  • Mentioned price. The price AI quotes, checked against your catalog price.
  • Shopping query fan-outs and shopping source visibility. The searches and pages behind product answers.
  • Unlimited seats on every plan, so ecommerce, SEO and brand teams can all log in.

Where it falls short

  • Three models per plan, with Perplexity as a paid extra.
  • The pricing page doesn't say which plan includes AI Shopping or how many products you can track.
  • Peec Agent drafts briefs and page edits, but it doesn't publish or run outreach.

User reviews

Peec's G2 reviews are already quoted many times in our other comparisons, so these are two we'd used least.

“Easy to start with, no lengthy sales process, and the dashboards make sense to everyone in the company.” (Source)

“Only a few models per tier, so the subscription wall feels limiting at times.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Starter: $95/month (€85) for 50 prompts on 3 models
  • Pro: $245/month (€205), with more prompts
  • Advanced: $495/month (€425)
  • Extra models cost $30, $70 or $140 a month depending on plan, and Enterprise is custom.

4. Goodie: best for Amazon and Walmart AI assistants

Goodie dashboard

Goodie is an AEO platform whose Agentic Commerce Suite tracks your SKUs in ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Amazon's Alexa for Shopping and Walmart's Sparky on its $999 Pro plan, which suits brands that sell heavily on Amazon and Walmart.

We haven't used Goodie ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page (behind a Cloudflare check, so we read an archived copy from October 16, 2026), its commerce page and G2 reviews.

The retail assistants are the reason it's here. Few tools on this list cover Alexa for Shopping or Sparky at all, and Goodie lists both in its commerce grid next to ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Mode. It tracks mentions per product, rank in shopping comparisons, competitor products, the merchants selling your items and whether AI quotes your prices correctly.

It also goes further into the catalog than most, according to its Agentic Commerce Suite page. Goodie connects to Shopify, BigCommerce, Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog and Amazon Seller Central, and says it can push feed fixes, product copy, FAQs and schema to your storefronts from inside the app. That's a lot of moving parts, and the commerce suite starts with a demo.

Key features

  • SKU-level commerce visibility on Pro, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Alexa for Shopping and Sparky.
  • Price mention accuracy. Whether AI quotes your product prices correctly.
  • Catalog integrations. Shopify, BigCommerce, Merchant Center, Meta Catalog and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Feed remediation. Product copy, FAQs, schema and image fixes pushed to storefronts and feeds.
  • Strategist support and unlimited seats on every plan.

Where it falls short

  • Commerce tracking needs Pro at $999 a month. Core covers 5 engines with no Alexa or Sparky.
  • Claude, Grok, Meta AI and DeepSeek, plus API and export access, are Enterprise only.
  • Complete revenue attribution is on Enterprise.

User reviews

Goodie has only a handful of G2 reviews, and most are quoted in our other comparisons, so we've kept to two.

“Its Measure features show where AI actually leads to revenue, not just a nice score.” (Source)

“So many new features are coming out that it's hard to keep track of them all.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Core: $295/month for 110 prompts on 5 engines, 50 optimizations a month and a 7-day free trial
  • Pro: $999/month for 250 prompts on 8 engines, including Gemini, Alexa for Shopping and Sparky, with SKU-level commerce visibility
  • Enterprise: custom, with up to 13 models, API access and complete revenue attribution
  • Annual billing gives 2 months free.

5. AthenaHQ: best for Shopify product pages built for AI

AthenaHQ dashboard

AthenaHQ is an AI search platform with a Shopify integration and Shopping Pages, product listing pages built from templates that stay in sync with your Shopify catalog, which suits Shopify brands that want AI-ready product pages more than SKU-level tracking.

AthenaHQ asked us to book a sales call before giving access, so this section is based on its pricing page, its August 2026 release notes and G2 reviews.

Shopping Pages, from the August 2026 release, take a different angle from the trackers above. You build a product listing page once as a template, generate the rest of the catalog from it, and prices, variants and swatches stay synced with Shopify. New pages go live behind experiments, so you can measure the lift before rolling them out.

The same release added a ChatGPT Ads tab, on Enterprise and Agency plans, and tracking in 185 markets down to city level. What we couldn't find is product-level shopping tracking with SKU position and quoted prices, the way Peec or Profound show it.

Key features

  • Shopping Pages. Template-built product pages, synced with Shopify and published behind experiments.
  • Shopify and Webflow integrations from the Starter plan.
  • 11 models on Starter, including AI Mode, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral.
  • Free Essentials plan with 300 credits on 5 engines.
  • 185 markets, with city, state and province targeting.

Where it falls short

  • No published SKU-level tracking or catalog price checks.
  • The ChatGPT Ads tab is on Enterprise and Agency plans only.
  • Credits go fast. One credit is one AI response, so 3,600 credits across 11 engines is about 10 prompts a day.

User reviews

AthenaHQ's G2 reviews are all five stars and mostly quoted in our other comparisons already, so we've kept to two.

“We run 200+ retail stores, and the regional tracking showed our AI visibility in the Southeast was half the West Coast's, with the product categories to fix.” (Source)

“Managing several brands means switching between workspaces, which gets tedious.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Essentials: free, with 300 credits on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot
  • Starter: $295/month for 3,600 credits a month on 11 models, with the Shopify integration
  • Enterprise: custom credits, plus the ChatGPT Ads tab
  • Annual billing is discounted, and extra credits are a paid add-on.

6. LLM Pulse: best for ChatGPT and Alexa shopping data on a smaller budget

LLM Pulse dashboard

LLM Pulse is an AI visibility tracker whose ChatGPT Shopping report lists the products ChatGPT recommends with price, rating and merchant, with Alexa for Shopping as a paid add-on, which suits smaller brands that want ChatGPT and Amazon shopping data without an enterprise contract.

We haven't used LLM Pulse ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, help center, changelog and reviews.

The ChatGPT Shopping report ranks products by appearances and shows the price, rating and merchant for each listing, with a "You" badge on your own products. Alexa for Shopping listings arrived in July 2026 and include review counts, with Amazon as the merchant. Walmart Sparky is available through sales.

Two catches for an ecommerce team. Shopping starts on the Scale plan at €299 a month, which updates weekly, and daily Scale is €449. And Copilot product listings stopped on October 7, 2026, so the help center only keeps the ones collected before then.

Key features

  • ChatGPT Shopping report. Products, prices, ratings and merchants per prompt, on Scale and up.
  • Alexa for Shopping. A paid add-on model, with review counts and categories when available.
  • AI Paid Ads tracking and a ChatGPT Ads Library on Scale.
  • Unlimited team members and an MCP server on every plan.
  • Weekly or daily plans, with yearly billing at 10 times the monthly price.

Where it falls short

  • Shopping and ads tracking need Scale at €299 a month.
  • No catalog or feed import is documented, so products match your brand rather than your SKU list.
  • Weekly refresh unless you pay for a daily plan.

User reviews

LLM Pulse has only a few reviews (4 on Trustpilot, 1 each on G2 and Capterra), all five stars, so the critical point below comes from an otherwise positive review.

“They push new updates every week.” (Source)

“It shows why a brand appears in AI answers, not just whether it does.” (Source)

“The Looker Studio report saves time, but linking AI visibility to commercial results is still hard.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Starter: €49/month (about $58) for 50 prompts, weekly
  • Scale: €299/month (about $352) for 450 prompts weekly with ChatGPT Shopping and AI paid ads, or €449/month daily
  • Alexa for Shopping: a paid add-on, €10/month on weekly Starter; Walmart Sparky through sales
  • Weekly plans have a 14-day free trial that needs a card. Daily plans start right away.

7. Promptwatch: best for shopping and ads in one plan

Promptwatch dashboard

Promptwatch is an AI visibility platform with Shopping Insights for the product cards ChatGPT shows and Ads Radar for sponsored placements in AI answers, both listed on its $579 Business plan, which suits growing ecommerce teams that want shopping, ads and content in one tool.

We used Promptwatch on the 7-day trial, which covers the Essential and Professional plans. You enter your URL, pick a few prompts, and it collects answers from the chatbots' own interfaces. Every plan tracks all of its models. The shopping and ads parts come from its changelog and pricing page.

Shopping Insights launched in May 2026, according to its changelog. It pulls every product card, price, merchant and review from ChatGPT Search answers to your tracked prompts. A My Products area followed, where you add your products by hand or by CSV, and since July you can generate up to 50 tracking prompts from those products.

Ads Radar arrived in July and shows which advertisers appear on which prompts. The plan question is the thing to check. The May changelog said Professional and above, but today's pricing page lists Shopping Insights and Ads Radar only under Business.

Key features

  • Shopping Insights. Product cards, prices, merchants and reviews from ChatGPT Search answers.
  • My Products. Add your products by hand or CSV and track how they appear.
  • Prompts from products. Generate up to 50 tracking prompts from your tracked products.
  • Ads Radar. Sponsored placements and advertisers in AI answers, also in the API and MCP.
  • Crawler logs and content writing from the $245 plan.

Where it falls short

  • Shopping and Ads Radar are listed on the $579 Business plan.
  • No Shopify or Merchant Center import, only manual entry or CSV.
  • No price check against your own catalog is described.

User reviews

Most Promptwatch G2 reviews are already quoted in our other comparisons, so these are parts we'd used least.

“Offsite mentions, the new Actions and the API are what I use most. The range of features was overwhelming at first, and now it's a big upside.” (Source)

“It shows how LLMs see my products, but the UI is slightly complicated.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Essential: $95/month for 50 prompts and 6,000 responses
  • Professional: $245/month for 150 prompts, with content writing and crawler logs
  • Business: $579/month for 350 prompts, with Shopping Insights and Ads Radar
  • Essential and Professional have a 7-day free trial. Business starts with a demo.

8. Scrunch: best for seeing which retailers AI sends shoppers to

Scrunch dashboard

Scrunch is an AI customer experience platform, owned by Sitecore since June 2026, whose Shopping view shows which products AI recommends, how they rank against competitors and which retailers get the click, which suits brands sold through many retailers that can buy an Enterprise plan.

We used Scrunch on the 7-day trial of Core. Onboarding is guided, and the Explorer lets you open every answer and its sources. Shopping wasn't in it. The pricing grid lists Product Observability on Enterprise only, so this part comes from Scrunch's shopping page.

The retailer view is the useful bit for ecommerce. It shows which stores AI sends buyers to for your products, such as your own site against Foot Locker or Amazon, next to your product share against rival brands. You can also see which prompts serve up your products at all.

Scrunch doesn't describe a catalog or feed connection, and it doesn't write content or run outreach. On Core, new prompts run daily for 14 days and every 72 hours after that.

Key features

  • Product visibility. Which products AI recommends, where they rank and how that trends.
  • Retailer share. Which retailers capture the AI-driven click for your products.
  • Competitor view. Your product share against competitors.
  • Shopping prompts. Which questions bring up your products.
  • Site audits and Agent Traffic on Core, with AXP on Enterprise.

Where it falls short

  • Product Observability is Enterprise only. Core is $250 for brand tracking on 4 engines.
  • No catalog or feed import is documented.
  • No content writing or outreach.

User reviews

Most Scrunch G2 reviews are already quoted in our other comparisons, and it has none on Capterra, so we've kept to two.

“The top referral domains AI models use give us real brand insight.” (Source)

“The product is solid, but terms shifted during negotiation, and certain models are locked behind higher tiers, which wasn't clear upfront.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Core: $250/month for 125 prompts, 5,000 responses and 5 users on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Copilot
  • Enterprise: custom, with Product Observability, 9 engines, AXP and API access
  • Core has a 7-day free trial.

9. Brandlight: best for enterprise CPG and the AI shelf

Brandlight dashboard

Brandlight is an enterprise AI visibility platform whose AI Commerce module tracks SKU-level visibility in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, including at retailers like Walmart and Target, with analysts who enrich your product data, which suits Fortune 500 consumer brands.

We haven't used Brandlight, and it has no trial or self-serve plan, so this section is based on its AI Commerce page, its site and G2 reviews.

Brandlight's AI Commerce page is unusually candid. It says Amazon isn't covered, because Amazon keeps shopping on its own site, and that Rufus, Alexa and Walmart Sparky aren't tracked either. What it covers is ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode, plus every retailer that has opted in, Walmart and Target among them.

It also says it doesn't ingest your catalog. You export it from your PIM, Brandlight's team enriches the attributes and claims, your team approves every line and pushes the pages back through syndication, and the platform re-checks the same products against the same queries. It can't tie any of this to sales yet, and says so.

Key features

  • SKU-level visibility. Which of your SKUs AI recommends, for which prompts and use cases.
  • Private label tracking. A retailer's own brand counts as both brand and retailer, so you see when the store brand wins.
  • Retailer scoring. AI visibility share by retailer, with a playbook and meeting deck per retailer.
  • Catalog enrichment. Analysts rewrite attributes and claims within your brand and legal guardrails.
  • Weekly monitoring after a first audit.

Where it falls short

  • No public pricing. It starts with a paid three-month pilot, then an annual contract.
  • No Amazon, Alexa or Sparky coverage, by its own account.
  • No revenue attribution yet.

User reviews

“Query-level analysis is what makes it useful, since one overall visibility number doesn't tell you which queries add up to it.” (Source)

“I'd like more detailed segmentation by product, market or consumer type.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Pilot: a paid three-month pilot, price on request
  • Annual contract: custom, after the pilot
  • There's no free trial or self-serve plan.

10. Evertune: best for ChatGPT ads built on your visibility gaps

Evertune dashboard

Evertune is an AI visibility and ChatGPT advertising platform whose Shopping Intelligence shows the products ChatGPT recommends in your category, with prices, ratings and retailers, and whose Ads Agent runs ChatGPT ad campaigns against your visibility gaps, which suits brands with a paid media budget moving into ChatGPT ads.

We haven't used Evertune, so this section is based on its pricing page, product pages and its October 2026 launch post.

Shopping Intelligence tracks every product ChatGPT recommends for your category, your products and competitors', with visibility scores, the price ranges AI shows, review ratings, the retailers featured and how often prompts trigger shopping at all. Its pricing page lists ChatGPT Shopping Insights on every plan, including the new $60 Starter.

The bigger idea is ads. Starter launched on October 20, 2026: you connect your OpenAI account, Evertune finds the topics where AI recommends competitors and not you, and the Ads Agent writes the targeting and copy and keeps optimizing the campaign. The page doesn't mention SKUs or a catalog connection.

Key features

  • Shopping Intelligence. Products ChatGPT recommends, prices, ratings, retailers and shopping trigger rate.
  • Ads Agent. Builds and optimizes ChatGPT ad campaigns from your visibility gaps.
  • 100 samples per prompt on Pro and Enterprise, for steadier scores.
  • 11 models on Pro, against 5 on Starter.
  • Daily monitoring on every plan.

Where it falls short

  • No SKU or catalog matching is described, so it's closer to category product research than catalog tracking.
  • Starter's ads cost 10% of your media spend on top of the plan.
  • Pro is $800 a month, billed annually.

User reviews

We couldn't find any reviews of Evertune on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot.

Pricing

  • Starter: $60/month for 5,000 prompt credits on 5 models, with the Ads Agent free for 7 days, then 10% of media spend
  • Pro: $800/month billed annually for 100,000 credits on 11 models, with ads at 8% of media
  • Enterprise: custom

How we picked

We kept the 10 tools from our earlier version of this list and checked each one again for what an online store needs:

  • Product-level tracking. Which of your products AI names, where they rank and how often they win the top slot.
  • Shopping surfaces. ChatGPT Shopping first, then Perplexity, Gemini, AI Mode, Amazon's Alexa for Shopping and Walmart's Sparky.
  • Catalog or feed import. Shopify, Google Merchant Center or CSV, so the tool knows which products are yours.
  • Price and availability accuracy. Whether it compares the price AI quotes with your own catalog.
  • Merchants and competitors. Which retailers get the click, and which rival products take the slot on product prompts.
  • The plan you need. The cheapest plan that includes shopping data, not the cheapest plan overall.
  • What happens next. Whether the tool only reports, or also fixes pages, feeds and content.

Why AI shopping visibility matters now

  • AI shoppers convert. AI traffic to US retailers grew 393% year over year in the first quarter of 2026, and in March it converted 42% better than other traffic, against 38% worse a year earlier, according to Adobe data reported by TechCrunch.
  • Retail assistants moved into the search bar. Amazon replaced Rufus with Alexa for Shopping in May 2026, and shoppers can now ask it questions in Amazon's main search bar (Modern Retail). Walmart's CEO said in August that Sparky users spend 40% more per order, though that doesn't prove Sparky caused it (Indian Television).
  • ChatGPT is about discovery. In March 2026 OpenAI stepped back from Instant Checkout and let merchants use their own checkout while it focuses on product discovery (TechCrunch). Being in the shortlist is what counts.
  • Many product pages can't be read. Adobe found around 34% of product pages can't be properly accessed by AI.

Which AI visibility tool should your ecommerce brand choose?

  • You want product tracking from your catalog and agents that act on it: Orchly. Import your Shopify store or feed, catch wrong prices, and let the agents work on the pages and sources behind lost product prompts.
  • You're an enterprise retailer selling through many merchants: Profound, or Brandlight if you're a Fortune 500 consumer brand that wants analysts to enrich your catalog.
  • You sell mostly on Amazon and Walmart: Goodie on Pro, or LLM Pulse with the Alexa for Shopping add-on on a smaller budget.
  • You want SKU tracking from a Shopify feed on a self-serve plan: Peec AI.
  • You want AI-ready product pages synced with Shopify: AthenaHQ.
  • You want shopping data and AI ads in one place: Promptwatch Business, or Evertune if you plan to buy ChatGPT ads.
