Relixir AI alternatives are worth a look if you bought into Relixir's autonomous GEO and now want a vendor whose main product is AI search, or a price you can see without booking a demo. Relixir sells Rex, an "autonomous GEO employee" that its team deploys and manages for you, at custom pricing only. Its founders now run Naïve, a separate company building AI employees for whole businesses, which raised a $28.5 million Series A in August 2026.
These 10 Relixir alternatives track your AI visibility and help you act on it, from writing and refreshing content to outreach and site fixes. Prices checked in November 2026.
How we compared these Relixir alternatives
We used Promptwatch, Writesonic, Profound, Peec AI, Otterly.AI and Scrunch on their trials, ran the same buyer prompts through each and looked at:
- Whether the tool writes, refreshes, runs outreach or fixes your site, or only reports
- Engines and prompts on the plan you can actually buy
- Setup time and the real monthly cost
We haven't used Relixir, so we describe it from its website, archived copies of its pricing and its funding announcements. AthenaHQ needed a sales call, and AirOps and Searchable come from their pricing pages, docs and reviews. Review quotes are condensed from G2 and Trustpilot and link to the original.
Orchly is our product. We held it to the same checks and say where it falls short. Checked November 2026.

1. Orchly: best agentic Relixir alternative for GEO you control
Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform. It tracks your brand every day in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot as paid add-ons (it also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek), and its agents run on their own, on a schedule, across the whole loop.
They analyze your AI visibility, your competitors, your SEO and your Search Console and GA4 data. They find what to write and which pages to refresh and do it in your brand voice, keep Brand Brain up to date, find the sites, people and Reddit threads worth reaching, run the outreach and draft the replies, and audit your site for technical SEO and AI search issues, with the fixes ranked. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.
Relixir now sells Rex as a custom service its own team deploys and manages. Orchly's agents run the same work end to end as software you control, from $49 a month.
What the agents do
- Content Agent. It watches your prompts, citations and decaying pages, then creates tasks for new articles and refreshes. The AI article writer drafts each one in your voice and publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Sanity or Ghost.
- Activation Agent. Finds the publishers, Reddit threads, YouTube videos and new search results that shape AI answers, and runs link building and citation outreach from your Gmail, Zoho Mail or SMTP inbox.
- Site Health Agent. Audits every page for technical and AI search issues, including missing schema, and ranks the fixes.
- Custom agents. Describe any recurring job in chat, like "refresh pages that lose 20% of their clicks and publish to WordPress," and Orchly builds the agent. Available on Pro.
The data behind every task
- AI visibility. Mentions, position and share of voice across ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, with Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Copilot as add-ons (Orchly also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek). Prompts are tagged branded or non-branded and by intent.
- Mention Gap, perception and fact check. The cited sources that skip you, how AI describes you, and claims that contradict your Brand Brain.
- Search Console and GA4. Organic clicks, conversions and revenue from Google Search Console and GA4, so you can see whether the work pays off.
Where Orchly falls short
- You run the setup. Relixir's team deploys and manages Rex for you. With Orchly, you pick the prompts and set up the agents yourself, and they run on their own after that.
- Engine add-ons. Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Copilot cost extra below Enterprise. Rex's site lists Claude alongside ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews.
Orchly pricing
- Essential: $49/month for 25 prompts, 20 articles, 1 site and 1 user
- Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts, 50 articles, 3 sites and 5 users, with AI traffic analytics, custom agents and white-label reports
- Enterprise: custom, with a customer success manager
- There's a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing saves 25%.

2. AirOps: best for custom content operations
AirOps is a content engineering platform where teams build playbooks and workflows that research, write and refresh pages, with an agent called Quill that proposes the work. It suits content ops teams that liked Relixir's content engine but want to design every step themselves.
We haven't used AirOps ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, docs, launch announcements and G2 reviews.
Quill arrived in May 2026. It scans for stale pages, competitor gaps and prompts you should be cited for, then drops proposed refreshes and drafts into an Inbox for your team to review. Offsite, launched in February, covers the third-party placements AI engines cite, either self-serve or as a managed service.
The trade-off is setup. AirOps gives you building blocks rather than a finished agent like Rex, usage is billed in tasks, and the free Solo plan only looks at ChatGPT. Pro and Enterprise have no listed price.
Key features
- Quill. Proposes refreshes and new drafts from stale pages, gaps and prompts, for review in one Inbox.
- Workflows and playbooks. Multi-step content pipelines with branches, conditions and your own data.
- Offsite. Ranks the publishers AI engines cite and supports placements, self-serve or managed.
- CMS publishing to Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, Ghost and Strapi.
- Claude integration for AirOps visibility and content data, since February 2026.
Where it falls short
- Solo tracks ChatGPT only, and Pro's 7+ engines need a sales quote.
- You build the workflows, which takes time before they pay off.
- No technical site audit or ranked site fixes.
User reviews
“I built a playbook that runs our recurring SEO workflow and sends me a report every morning.” (Source)
“I'd like to choose which AI model a Playbook uses.” (Source)
Pricing
- Solo: free, with ChatGPT insights, 35,000 tasks a month and 1 user
- Pro: price on request, with 7+ answer engines, 100,000 tasks and unlimited seats
- Enterprise: custom limits and agent builds
- Extra tasks on Solo cost $0.025 each.
3. Promptwatch: best mid-priced tracking plus content
Promptwatch is an AI search visibility platform that tracks every model it supports on every plan and adds a Content Agent, a knowledge base and AI crawler logs from $245 a month. It suits growth teams that want tracking and content refreshes in one tool at a published price.
We used the 7-day trial. You enter your URL, pick a handful of prompts to start, and answers come in from the chatbots' own interfaces.
There's no per-engine add-on to work out, which we liked. Citations Analysis was where we spent most of our time, because it shows which of your pages and which outside sources get pulled into answers.
The content side is the closest thing here to Relixir's engine, but it starts on Professional. The Content Agent writes about a tracked prompt, its query fanouts or a cited page, links to your own pages from the first draft, and can be started straight from an Answer Gap task. On Essential you get tracking and Agent Chat only.
Key features
- All models on every plan. OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Claude, Gemini, Meta and DeepSeek.
- Content Agent. Writes and refreshes articles from tracked prompts, fanouts or cited pages, from Professional.
- Citations Analysis. Which pages and third-party sources AI engines cite.
- Agent Analytics. AI crawler visits through log integrations, from Professional.
- MCP and API on every plan.
Where it falls short
- Content writing, the knowledge base and crawler logs need the $245 plan.
- Essential's 6,000 responses won't cover 50 prompts on every model every day.
- No outreach, and no Grok on the plan cards.
User reviews
“Its Reddit citation data is my main focus, and next to the other providers I looked at it's good value.” (Source)
“I use the off-site mentions, Actions and the API most, but at first the number of features was overwhelming.” (Source)
“You have to learn what you're looking at, since not everything is obvious yet.” (Source)
Pricing
- Essential: $95/month for 50 prompts, 6,000 responses and 1 project
- Professional: $245/month for 150 prompts, 18,000 responses, 2 projects and content writing
- Business: $579/month for 350 prompts, 42,000 responses, 5 projects and shopping insights, by demo
- Essential and Professional have a 7-day free trial.
4. Writesonic: best AI writer with GEO tracking
Writesonic is an AI writing and GEO platform that tracks how your brand shows up in AI answers and writes the articles to improve it, with 15 to 50 articles a month included. It suits content-heavy teams that want Relixir-style volume at a published price.
We signed up and had tracking running in a few minutes. You pick topics, trim the suggested prompts, add competitors, and citation share fills in daily.
The writing is the strong part. Articles publish to WordPress, Reddit and Search Console feed the topic ideas, and the Action Center checks each fix again after 14 and 28 days.
Engines held us back. Every self-serve plan tracks only ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews, so Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Copilot and AI Mode need Enterprise, and the full Action Center is on Enterprise too.
Key features
- Articles plus tracking. 15, 25 or 50 AI articles a month, published to WordPress.
- Daily citation tracking. Citation share against competitors and the pages that get cited.
- Action Center. On-page, off-page and technical actions, re-measured on day 14 and day 28.
- Reddit and Search Console as sources for what to write.
- MCP server and Project Hub, both added in June 2026.
Where it falls short
- Self-serve plans track only ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews.
- Listed prices are for yearly billing, and Starter has 1 user.
- No outreach, and drafts still need an edit.
User reviews
“The content needs a little editing to sound genuine and natural.” (Source)
“The pricing is a little high, my credits run out faster than I expect, and some of the best features are only on higher plans.” (Source)
“The citation share view showed our percentage against competitors and which pages were getting picked up, and setup took no time.” (Source)
Pricing
- Starter: $79/month billed yearly for 50 prompts, 15 articles and 1 user
- Basic: $199/month billed yearly for 100 prompts, 25 articles and 2 users
- Growth: $399/month billed yearly for 200 prompts, 50 articles, 3 users and sentiment
- You can start free without a card. Enterprise adds the other engines.
5. Profound: best enterprise alternative
Profound is an enterprise AI visibility platform used by more than 1,000 brands, a third of the Fortune 100 among them, with AI Marketer agents that draft and publish content on top of nine-engine tracking. It suits large brands that want Relixir's agent idea backed by a big, well-funded vendor.
We tested it on the 7-day trial. Profound chose 50 prompts for our industry that we couldn't change, and only ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews ran, so the trial showed us the product more than our own market.
The agents are the part that maps to Rex. Since October 2026 you can set one up from a plain-language request, it works from the brand facts in Context Manager, and its work draws on credit wallets.
Buying it is the hard part. Profound removed its $99 and $399 self-serve brand plans in September 2026, the month it raised a $180M Series D, so brands now go through sales, much like Relixir.
Key features
- Nine engines on Enterprise. ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, AI Overviews and Exa.
- AI Marketer. Agents that draft and publish content, set up from a plain-language request.
- Context Manager. The brand facts and guidelines the agents work from, since September 2026.
- Prompt Volumes. Demand estimates from more than 1.5 billion prompts in 35 countries, updated weekly.
- Agent Analytics. AI crawler visits, with Search Console data in Pages.
Where it falls short
- No self-serve plan for brands.
- The trial runs 50 preset prompts on three engines.
- No outreach, and no Grok since Exa replaced it in September 2026.
User reviews
“Good for insights and some recommendations.” (Source)
“Beyond visibility and citations, we use the writing feature, which optimizes our articles for AI automatically.” (Source)
“There's a lot of data and it's not always obvious where to start. I'd like the dashboard to explain what's driving score changes.” (Source)
Pricing
- Brands: custom Enterprise pricing through sales
- Agencies: a separate self-serve Agency Growth plan
- Trial: 7 days, with 50 preset prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews
6. AthenaHQ: best for guided recommendations
AthenaHQ is a Y Combinator-backed AI search platform with a free plan, 11 AI models on its $295 Starter plan and an Action Center that tells you what to change. It suits growth teams that want guided recommendations at a published price instead of a managed service. AthenaHQ asked us to book a sales call before giving access, so this section is based on its pricing page, docs and G2 reviews.
Its docs say setup only needs a domain. AthenaHQ drafts a brand profile, suggests about 10 competitors and 10 prompts, and links each metric back to the stored answers.
Starter adds on-page and off-page actions and a content optimization agent, so it helps rework pages rather than writing and publishing on its own the way Rex does. Usage runs on credits, one per AI response, and 3,600 credits go quickly across 11 engines.
Key features
- 11 models on Starter, including AI Mode, Copilot, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral.
- Free Essentials plan. 300 credits on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot.
- Action Center and content optimization agent, from Starter.
- Sources view. Cited domains split into yours, competitors' and third parties'.
- Unlimited seats on every plan.
Where it falls short
- Nothing between free and $295 a month.
- Recommends more than it executes, with no outreach of its own.
- Personas, the Recommendation Engine, BI exports and SSO are Enterprise only.
User reviews
“It showed us where to focus our GEO work and which content to publish to show up in the AI conversations we care about.” (Source)
“I cross-reference citation trends with traffic by hand, with two tabs open and a spreadsheet in between.” (Source)
Pricing
- Essentials: free, with 300 credits on 5 engines
- Starter: $295/month, about $245 billed yearly, for 3,600 credits on 11 engines
- Enterprise: custom
- API access and extra credits are paid add-ons.
7. Searchable: best budget tracking plus content
Searchable is an AI visibility platform that bundles prompt tracking, 20 articles and 200 page audits into its $125 Pro plan, with an agent that writes and publishes content once you approve it. It suits small B2B teams that want tracking, content and audits at a published price.
We haven't used Searchable ourselves, so this section draws on its pricing page, changelog and G2 reviews.
Its agent works in chat. Since July 2026 it plans a piece, waits for your approval, writes it and publishes to WordPress, Webflow or Shopify, which covers the content half of what Relixir sold.
Pro includes ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Perplexity. Copilot, DeepSeek, AI Mode, Gemini, Grok and Claude are paid add-ons, with cheaper Claude Lite and Grok Lite options since September, and white-label reports start on the $400 Scale plan.
Key features
- Searchable Agent. Plans, writes and publishes content after you approve it.
- Content and audits. 20 articles and 200 page audits a month on Pro.
- Three engines included, with six more as paid add-ons.
- Prompt Universe. A map of the questions buyers could ask about your brand, since October 2026.
- GA4, Search Console and WordPress integrations, plus MCP and API.
Where it falls short
- Only three engines before add-ons.
- White-label reports start at $400 a month.
- No citation outreach.
User reviews
“Seeing how our brand shows up in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers changed how we plan content, and the reports are easy to share with leadership.” (Source)
“It's a massive interface, and the AI tool can be a little basic or generic.” (Source)
“It feels overly technical, so the learning curve is quite steep.” (Source)
Pricing
- Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts per model, 20 articles, 200 audits and 1 project
- Scale: $400/month for 500 prompts per model, 80 articles and white-label reports
- Enterprise: from $999/month
- 14-day free trial, unlimited seats. Extra models cost more.
8. Peec AI: best tracker if you'll do the work yourself
Peec AI is an AI search analytics platform with clean daily tracking, unlimited seats and an Actions list of ranked fixes, from €85 a month. It suits teams with in-house writers who want reliable data and will do the work themselves.
We signed up and had data within minutes. Peec read our site, suggested prompts, and visibility, position and sentiment against competitors filled in for each engine.
The sources view earned its place. Cited domains are labelled owned, editorial, reference or UGC, which made it quick to see what kind of sites shape answers in a category.
It doesn't write, publish or run outreach, though, which is the opposite of what Relixir promised. Actions point to the pages, threads and gaps worth working on, and your team picks them up.
Key features
- Model choice. Any 3 of ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Naver AI, with Perplexity and other extra models from €25 a month.
- Actions. Ranked owned and earned fixes from your data, since February 2026.
- Source analytics. Cited domains and URLs labelled owned, editorial, reference or UGC.
- AI Referrals and Brand Perception. GA4 sessions, conversions and revenue from AI assistants, plus attribute scores, since September 2026.
- Unlimited seats on every plan, and an MCP server.
Where it falls short
- No content writing, publishing or outreach.
- 3 models per plan unless you pay for more.
- Claude, Grok and DeepSeek need Enterprise.
User reviews
“Confusing and very unclear as a visibility tool. I don't get the hype.” (Source)
“I check the trend lines every day, and the citation sources help us find the outside sites worth building on.” (Source)
“The subscription wall between AI models feels limiting, since each tier only covers a few.” (Source)
Pricing
- Starter: €85/month (about $95) for 50 prompts and 3 models
- Pro: €205/month for 150 prompts
- Advanced: €425/month for 350 prompts
- Unlimited seats, a free trial, and 15% off with yearly billing.
9. Otterly.AI: best budget monitor
Otterly.AI is a low-cost AI search monitoring tool that checks every prompt daily on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot from $29 a month. It suits small teams that want to keep an eye on AI visibility after Relixir without paying for a managed service.
We added our brand and Otterly built a competitor list and suggested prompts on its own. The first report was ready in about 15 minutes.
The Brand Visibility Index, which sorts brands into Leaders, Niche and Low Performance, was the view we opened most. GEO URL audits check your pages for AI search issues, and Agent Analytics reads AI crawler visits from your server logs.
It's a monitor first. Recommendations are capped at 3 a week on Lite, there's no content publishing or outreach, and AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are paid add-ons.
Key features
- Four engines included. ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, checked daily.
- Brand Visibility Index. Leaders, Niche and Low Performance quadrants.
- GEO URL audits. 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 by plan.
- Agent Analytics. AI crawler visits from your server logs, since August 2026.
- Unlimited seats, plus a Looker Studio connector, API and MCP from Standard.
Where it falls short
- 15 prompts on Lite, and the next plan is $189.
- AI Mode, Gemini and Claude cost extra.
- No content writing, publishing or outreach.
User reviews
“The dashboards make our next GEO steps clear. I'd only like the Content Generator to remember our brand's key messaging.” (Source)
“With no direct connector to the website, we don't see much about AI site visits, and data is thin in our niche.” (Source)
“At this price I'd expect more concrete guidance, not just reporting.” (Source)
Pricing
- Lite: $29/month for 15 prompts
- Standard: $189/month for 100 prompts
- Premium: $489/month for 400 prompts
- Yearly billing saves 15%, and the free trial needs no card.
10. Scrunch: best for technical AEO
Scrunch is an AI visibility platform, owned by Sitecore since June 2026, that pairs prompt tracking with site audits and AI crawler data from $250 a month. It suits technical teams that care how AI bots read their site as much as what the answers say.
We used it on the 7-day trial. Setup is guided. Scrunch drafted a brand description from our site, we confirmed it, added competitors, a persona and topics, and started from five suggested prompts.
Agent Traffic was the part we kept opening. Once you connect your CDN or host, it shows which pages AI bots read and why.
AXP, which serves AI-optimized versions of your pages to bots, is the technical answer to Relixir's content engine, but it's Enterprise only, along with Claude, Gemini, AI Mode, Grok and Meta AI. Core doesn't write content or run outreach.
Key features
- Core engines. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot, with 5,000 responses a month.
- Agent Traffic. AI crawler visits by page, once your CDN or host is connected.
- Site audits. 5 a month on Core.
- AXP. AI-optimized page versions for bots, on Enterprise.
- GA4 AI referrals, enhanced in October 2026, plus an MCP server.
Where it falls short
- AXP and five of the nine engines are Enterprise only.
- No content writing, publishing or outreach.
- New prompts drop to a 72-hour cycle after the first two weeks.
User reviews
“Agent Traffic shows which pages bots crawl most and why, whether for retrieval, indexing or training.” (Source)
“Connecting the agent traffic tool to our clients' CMS is hard, and I'd like more help with prompt research.” (Source)
“I'd love to export the charts as PNG or SVG instead of screenshotting them for reports.” (Source)
Pricing
- Core: $250/month for 125 prompts, 4 engines, 5 user licenses and 5 site audits
- Enterprise: custom, with 9 engines, AXP, API and SSO
- Core has a 7-day free trial.
What changed with Relixir in 2026
Relixir changed its product, its pricing and its founders' focus within a few months. Here's what we found on its site, in archived copies of its homepage and in funding announcements.
- Seed round (November 2025). Relixir, a Y Combinator company, announced a $2 million seed round from investors including Y Combinator, z21 Ventures and 468 Capital. It said it had worked with 200 B2B companies, among them Rippling, Airwallex and HackerRank.
- Published plans (December 2025). The homepage listed Basic at $199 a month (150 prompts, 5 blogs and 10 content refreshes) with two weeks free, Standard at $499 (250 prompts, 20 blogs and 30 refreshes), and a custom Pro plan.
- New positioning (January to March 2026). The homepage became a "Content Refresh Platform for GEO" in January and a "GEO-Native CMS" in February. By March it sold "autonomous marketing employees", starting with Rex.
- Custom pricing only (by April 2026). relixir.ai now opens on the Rex page, with a single custom plan behind a demo. Relixir's team configures, launches and manages Rex for each customer. The $199 and $499 plans are gone.
- The Naïve pivot. Relixir's founders, Sean Dorje and Dennis Zax, now run Naïve, which builds AI employees that operate whole businesses. Relixir's Y Combinator profile redirects to Naïve, and the Rex page carries a banner pointing to it.
- Naïve's Series A (August 6, 2026). Naïve raised $28.5 million led by Nexus Venture Partners. One of its company templates is an "SEO / GEO Agency".
What didn't change: Rex is still for sale, and the site says it covers Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude, with content generation, 30 to 60 day refresh cycles, backlink outreach and technical audits.
When to stay with Relixir
We haven't used Relixir or Rex ourselves. This is based on its website, archived pricing and the announcements above.
Stay with Relixir if:
- You want a done-for-you service, with Relixir's team setting up and running Rex rather than your own.
- Rex is already producing results for you and the contract terms suit you.
- You want content generation, refreshes, outreach and technical audits from one vendor, and a custom quote is fine.
Before you renew, ask who supports your account now that the founders lead Naïve, and what the roadmap for Rex looks like.
User reviews
Relixir has no user reviews on G2, and we found none on Trustpilot, Capterra or Product Hunt, so we have no quotes to share.
Which Relixir alternative should you choose?

AI answers shift from week to week, so judge any of these on the trend over several weeks, not a single reading.
