Former Hall users need Hall AI alternatives now, because Hall no longer runs as a product of its own. Tracksuit, a brand tracking company, bought Hall in July 2026, Hall's tracking stopped, and usehall.com now points to a Tracksuit waitlist that is already full.
These 10 Hall AI alternatives cover what Hall users relied on: a free or cheap start, quick setup, AI shopping and AI crawler data, and several engines. Some also act on what they find. Prices checked in November 2026.
How we picked these Hall replacements
We ran Otterly.AI, Peec AI, Promptmonitor, Profound, Scrunch and SE Visible on their trials or entry plans with the same buyer prompts, and compared each with what Hall's plans offered before it closed. For every tool we checked:
- Which AI engines the plan you can buy covers, and how often it checks them
- Whether it tracks AI shopping answers and AI crawlers, as Hall did
- What it does with the findings, and what a month really costs
AthenaHQ needed a sales call, and we haven't used HubSpot AEO or LLMrefs, so those come from their docs, pricing pages and reviews. Hall details come from archived copies of its site and coverage of the Tracksuit deal. Review quotes are condensed from G2, Product Hunt and Trustpilot and link to the original.
Orchly is our product. We judged it on the same points and say where it falls short. Checked November 2026.

1. Orchly: best Hall AI replacement to track and improve AI visibility
Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform. It tracks your brand every day in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot as add-ons (it also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek), and its agents run on their own, on a schedule, across the whole loop.
They analyze your AI visibility, your competitors and your Search Console and GA4 data. They find what to write and which pages to refresh and do it in your brand voice, keep Brand Brain up to date, find the sites, people and Reddit threads worth reaching, run the outreach and draft the replies, and audit your site for technical SEO and AI search issues. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.
Hall was built to measure, and the fixes were left to your team. Orchly's agents run the work end to end, and it still covers what Hall users leaned on, including AI shopping, from $49 a month.
Easy setup, like Hall
- Start with just your brand name. Orchly suggests prompts from your market, site and competitors through prompt research, so you're tracking in minutes.
- Clear headline metrics. AI Visibility Score, Share of Voice, sentiment and average position, with a competitor leaderboard.
- Prompts by brand and intent. Branded vs non-branded, and commercial, informational or transactional.
Shopping visibility, which Hall users relied on
- ChatGPT shopping. Track which of your products appear in ChatGPT shopping answers, their position, the price AI quotes against your catalog, and competing products.
Beyond tracking
- Citations and Mention Gap. Every source AI cites, and the ones that name competitors but not you, so outreach starts from a list.
- Perception and fact check. Attributes, objections, and AI claims checked against your Brand Brain.
- Search Console and GA4. Organic clicks, conversions and revenue from Google Search Console and GA4 next to your AI data.
- Agents that run on their own. On a schedule, the Content Agent picks what to write and which pages to refresh and writes them in your brand voice, the Activation Agent finds the right sites, people and Reddit threads and runs the outreach, and the Site Health Agent audits technical SEO and AI search issues and ranks the fixes. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.
Where Orchly falls short
- No free plan. Orchly has a 7-day free trial, then starts at $49 a month. Hall's free Lite plan was already gone by May 2026, and AthenaHQ's free plan is the closest thing to it today.
- Engine add-ons. ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews are included. Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Copilot cost extra.
Orchly pricing
- Essential: $49/month for 25 prompts, 20 articles, 1 site and 1 user
- Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts, 50 articles, 3 sites and 5 users, with AI traffic analytics, custom agents and white-label reports
- There's a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing saves 25%.

2. AthenaHQ: best free plan replacement
AthenaHQ is a Y Combinator-backed AI search platform with a free Essentials plan on five engines, which makes it the nearest thing left to the free Lite plan Hall used to offer. AthenaHQ asked us to book a sales call before we could get in, so this section comes from its documentation, release notes and G2 reviews.
The free plan gives you 300 credits across ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot. One credit is one AI response, so 300 credits spread over five engines covers about 60 prompt runs. That's enough to see where you stand, not enough to track a market every day.
The jump after that is steep. Starter costs $295 a month for 3,600 credits on 11 engines, and that's where Claude, Grok, AI Mode, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral come in. Hall users who liked its long engine list will find it here, at a price.
For stores, AthenaHQ added Shopping Pages in August 2026. You build a product page template, generate pages for the rest of the catalog from it, and a Shopify sync keeps prices and variants current.
Key features
- Free Essentials plan. 300 credits on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot.
- 11 engines on Starter, including Claude, Grok, AI Mode, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral.
- Shopping Pages. Catalog page templates with a Shopify sync, since August 2026.
- Sources and Brand Traits. Cited domains split into yours, competitors' and third parties', plus the words AI uses about you.
- Unlimited seats on every plan.
Where it falls short
- Nothing between the free plan and $295 a month.
- Personas, the recommendation engine, the Athena Citation Engine, BI exports and SSO are Enterprise only.
- Self-serve plans cover one country.
User reviews
“Other tools gave us nice charts and left us wondering what to do. The Action Center tells us which content to create or update, and why it matters.” (Source)
“Local business schema and map pack visibility aren't part of the platform, so we still need separate tools for local search.” (Source)
Pricing
- Essentials: free, with 300 credits on 5 engines
- Starter: $295/month, about $245 billed yearly, for 3,600 credits on 11 engines
- Enterprise: custom
3. Otterly.AI: best low-cost replacement
Otterly.AI is a low-cost AI search monitoring tool for small brands and agencies, with four engines and unlimited seats from $29 a month, and it's the simplest like-for-like swap for a team that used Hall to watch mentions and citations.
We've used Otterly ourselves. You add your brand, accept the competitors and prompts it suggests, and our first report was ready in about 15 minutes. That's about as quick as Hall's setup was.
The Lite plan is small. 15 prompts is fine for checking a handful of buying questions, but if you tracked a few hundred questions in Hall you'll land on Standard at $189.
Two things Hall users will recognise are here. Agent Analytics, added in August 2026, reads AI crawler visits from your server logs, much like Hall's agent analytics did. And ChatGPT shopping cards show up as a column next to each prompt. Ads reporting has been paused since September 16, 2026, after OpenAI changed how ChatGPT shows ads.
Key features
- Four engines included. ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, checked daily.
- ChatGPT shopping cards per prompt, so you see whose products come up.
- Agent Analytics. AI crawler visits from server logs, through Cloudflare, WordPress, Netlify or a log upload.
- Brand Visibility Index. Sorts brands into Leaders, Niche or Low Performance.
- Looker Studio connector, plus API and MCP access from Standard.
Where it falls short
- 15 prompts on Lite, and GEO recommendations capped at 3 a week.
- AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are paid add-ons, so all 7 engines on Standard come to about $416 a month.
- No content writing or outreach.
User reviews
“It tracks how my content performs in ChatGPT and AI Overviews, with mentions, citations and visibility all in one dashboard.” (Source)
“Our industry is quite niche, so the amount of data can be limited.” (Source)
“Some reports could give more granular breakdowns and longer historical trends for planning.” (Source)
Pricing
- Lite: $29/month for 15 prompts
- Standard: $189/month for 100 prompts
- Premium: $489/month for 400 prompts
- Yearly billing saves 15%, and the free trial needs no card.
4. Peec AI: best for clean dashboards
Peec AI is an AI search analytics platform for marketing teams and agencies, known for a clean interface and unlimited seats, so it suits Hall users who liked how easy Hall was to read and share.
We signed up and had data within a few minutes. Peec read our site, suggested prompts, and the dashboard filled in visibility, position and sentiment against competitors for each engine.
You pick 3 models on Starter, such as ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini or Naver AI. Hall listed eight platforms, so expect to choose. Claude, Grok and DeepSeek are Enterprise only.
For stores, its AI Shopping view, added in June 2026, tracks visibility, position and win rate for each product in a catalog you load from Shopify or a CSV. In September it added Brand Perception, which checks what AI says about you against facts you set.
Key features
- Model choice. Any 3 models on Starter, from a list that includes Naver AI.
- AI Shopping. Product-level visibility and win rate from your catalog.
- Source analytics. Cited domains and URLs labelled as competitor, editorial, reference or UGC.
- Brand Perception. Attribute scores, objections and claim checks, since September 2026.
- Actions. Ranked owned and earned fixes, plus MCP and Looker Studio.
Where it falls short
- 3 models on Starter, and Claude, Grok and DeepSeek need Enterprise.
- No content writing or outreach. Actions suggest the work and your team does it.
- 50 prompts on Starter, where Hall's paid plans started at 500 tracked questions.
User reviews
“Data started flowing at signup with zero setup.” (Source)
“I still have to rely on Semrush for prompt volume research.” (Source)
“I wished for a way to onboard GEO newcomers inside the app, though the team pointed me to their YouTube playlist.” (Source)
Pricing
- Starter: €85/month for 50 prompts and 3 models
- Pro: €205/month for 150 prompts
- Advanced: €425/month for 350 prompts
- Unlimited users on every plan, a free trial, and 15% off with yearly billing.
5. HubSpot AEO: best for HubSpot users
HubSpot AEO is HubSpot's AI visibility tracker, built after HubSpot agreed to buy XFunnel in October 2025, and at $50 a month for 25 prompts it suits HubSpot customers who want AI answers next to their CRM. We haven't used it ourselves, so this section is based on HubSpot's product and pricing pages and G2 reviews.
It launched on April 14, 2026 and HubSpot still labels it Beta. The standalone plan runs 25 prompts a day on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, which HubSpot counts as 2,500 answers a month, and you don't need any other HubSpot subscription.
You get a visibility score, share of voice, sentiment, citation analysis and a list of recommendations, like writing a blog post or reaching out to a third-party site. Inside Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise the recommendations use your CRM data and you can act on them in HubSpot's content tools.
It covers fewer engines than Hall did. There's no Claude, Copilot or AI Overviews, and each brand is a separate $50 instance.
Key features
- Three engines, daily. ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
- Prompt suggestions from your company, competitors and industry.
- Citation analysis. Cited domains and pages by source type and content type.
- Prioritized recommendations, tied to HubSpot's content and social tools in Marketing Hub.
- 28-day free trial with no card, and your data carries over if you pay.
Where it falls short
- No Claude, Copilot, AI Overviews or AI Mode.
- 25 prompts per brand, and HubSpot doesn't print the price of extra prompts.
- No shopping or product tracking.
User reviews
“Within two months our visibility in AI engines went from 2.5% to over 30%.” (Source)
“Some recommendations push Reddit activity that feels more likely to hurt than help how AI sees our brand, so almost every action needs extra research on my end.” (Source)
“It doesn't track Claude. That's very strange.” (Source)
Pricing
- HubSpot AEO: $50/month, or $45/month billed yearly, for 25 prompts on 3 engines
- Marketing Hub Professional: includes 25 prompts
- Marketing Hub Enterprise: includes 50 prompts
- 28-day free trial with no credit card. Extra brands cost $50/month each.
6. Promptmonitor: best cheap multi-engine tracker
Promptmonitor is a low-cost AI visibility tracker that lists the publishers AI cites along with their contact details, which gives a small team a path from citation data to outreach for under $80 a month.
Setup took us about a minute. You enter a domain and the dashboard appears, at 0% at first because there's no history yet.
The Sources report is the part we'd pay for. Each cited URL comes with the model, how often it was cited, first and last seen dates, an opportunity score and the publisher's contacts.
The engine list now depends on the plan. Earlier in 2026 every plan included Claude, Grok and DeepSeek. Today Starter covers only ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity twice a week, Growth adds Claude and DeepSeek with daily checks, and Grok, AI Overviews and AI Mode need Pro at $149. Some of the Actions tab still talked about 2024 and SGE when we looked.
Key features
- Sources report. Cited URLs with model, counts, first and last seen dates and an opportunity score.
- Publisher contacts on every plan, for outreach.
- Daily tracking and unlimited seats from the $79 Growth plan.
- All 8 models on Pro, including Grok, AI Overviews and AI Mode.
- Location targeting down to city level.
Where it falls short
- Starter checks 3 engines twice a week, with 1 seat.
- No shopping or product tracking.
- Content suggestions can be dated, and the changelog has been quiet since March 2026.
User reviews
Promptmonitor has no reviews on G2 or Capterra. Product Hunt has one 5-star review and Trustpilot one 1-star review:
“My marketing team uses it to work out more strategic ways to make our product more visible.” (Source)
“It was always stuck loading, so nothing got monitored, and I was charged after cancelling.” (Source)
Pricing
- Starter: $39/month for 25 prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, checked twice a week
- Growth: $79/month for 50 prompts on 5 models, daily, with unlimited seats
- Pro: $149/month for 150 prompts on all 8 models
- Yearly billing saves 15%, and there's a 7-day trial.
7. LLMrefs: best flat price
LLMrefs is a keyword-based AI rank tracker that covers 11 engines, Claude, Grok, Meta AI and DeepSeek included, on one $79 plan, which suits Hall users who want a long engine list without an enterprise contract. We haven't run LLMrefs ourselves, so this is based on its pricing page and docs.
It starts from keywords, not prompts. You add the keywords you track for SEO, LLMrefs writes the conversational prompts behind each one, 500 in all, and results roll up per keyword.
That's quick if you already think in keywords. You give up control over the exact questions, data refreshes weekly where Hall's paid plans were daily, and there's no shopping, crawler or content layer.
Key features
- About ten engines, no add-on fees. ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Copilot, Meta AI and DeepSeek.
- Keyword tracking. 500 prompts generated from your keywords, with search volume.
- Share of voice and position per brand, per keyword.
- Unlimited projects and seats, with CSV export.
Where it falls short
- Weekly updates only.
- Prompts come from keywords, so you can't fully control them.
- No sentiment, shopping, content or outreach, and the $79 price is labelled limited time.
User reviews
LLMrefs has no reviews on G2 or Capterra yet, and its one Product Hunt review is a short note of praise, so we have no user quotes to share.
Pricing
- All in One: $79/month for 500 prompts and every engine
- 7-day free trial, with unlimited team members and projects.
8. Profound: best for enterprise shopping
Profound is an enterprise AI visibility platform used by more than 1,000 brands, including a third of the Fortune 100, and it suits large retailers that want ChatGPT shopping data, nine engines and agents in one contract.
We tested it on the 7-day trial. Profound picked 50 prompts for our industry, we couldn't edit them, and only ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews ran. It showed us the product well, but not our own market.
Brands can only buy it through sales now. Profound removed its $99 and $399 self-serve plans in September 2026, the same month it raised a $180M Series D. Shopping, exports, the API and the Claude connector sit on Enterprise, and agencies get a separate self-serve plan.
On top of tracking, AI Marketer runs agents that draft and publish content. Since October you can set one up by describing the job in plain words, and agent work draws on credit wallets.
Key features
- Nine engines on Enterprise. ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, AI Overviews and Exa.
- Shopping. How your products appear in ChatGPT shopping answers.
- Prompt Volumes. Demand estimates from more than 1.5 billion prompts in 35 countries.
- AI Marketer. Content agents with a Context Manager that learns your brand.
- Agent Analytics. AI crawler activity on your site, like Hall's agent analytics.
Where it falls short
- No self-serve plan for brands, so pricing goes through sales.
- The trial runs preset prompts on three engines.
- No Grok since Exa replaced it in September 2026.
User reviews
“We haven't found a better way to understand this channel, and our clients appreciate that we have it.” (Source)
“The price can be off-putting at first, especially for smaller teams.” (Source)
“I'd like broader coverage of the core LLMs and clearer insight into how they differ by country.” (Source)
Pricing
- Brands: custom Enterprise pricing through sales
- Agencies: a separate self-serve Agency Growth plan
- Trial: 7 days free, with 50 preset prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews
9. Scrunch: best for technical teams
Scrunch is an AI visibility platform for mid-market and enterprise teams that care about how AI crawlers read their site as much as what the answers say, and Sitecore has owned it since June 2026. Hall users who leaned on agent analytics will find the closest match here.
We used the 7-day trial. Onboarding is guided. Scrunch drafts a brand description from your site, you confirm it, add competitors, a persona and your topics, and start from five suggested prompts.
Core costs $250 a month for 125 prompts on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Copilot, with 5 site audits a month. New prompts run daily for 14 days and then every 72 hours, which is slower than Hall's daily paid plans.
Agent Traffic shows which AI bots visit which pages once you connect your CDN or host. Claude, Gemini, AI Mode, product-level shopping data and the Agent Experience Platform all need an Enterprise contract.
Key features
- Core engines. ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Copilot, with 5,000 responses a month.
- Agent Traffic. AI crawler visits by page, from your CDN or host.
- Site audits. 5 a month on Core.
- GA4 AI referrals, improved in October 2026.
- Agent Experience Platform (AXP). Serves AI agents a version of your pages built for them, on Enterprise.
Where it falls short
- 1 persona, 1 country and 1 language on Core.
- Claude, Gemini, AI Mode and product data are Enterprise only.
- Prompts drop to a 72-hour cycle after two weeks.
User reviews
“Of the GEO monitoring tools I reviewed, Scrunch had the most intuitive interface.” (Source)
“I'd like insights sooner. It needs four weeks of data as a baseline, which slows down tracking and pitching.” (Source)
“Onboarding was great, and the support has been the best I've had from a software company.” (Source)
Pricing
- Core: $250/month for 125 prompts on 4 engines, 5 seats and 5 site audits
- Enterprise: custom, with 9 engines, AXP, API and SSO
- 7-day free trial on Core.
10. SE Visible: best for agencies that used Hall
SE Visible is SE Ranking's standalone AI visibility tracker, with daily checks, prompts pooled across projects and unlimited users, which suits agencies that used Hall for several client brands at once.
We used the 10-day trial. Setup asks for a brand name, up to five topics, and a country and language. After the first scan it suggested competitors and other names for our brand, which saved some typing.
The allowance is generous. Basic gives you 200 prompts across 3 projects for $99, checked daily, and each prompt counts once no matter how many engines it runs on. We liked reading each answer exactly as the engine gave it.
Engines are where it trails Hall. The plan cards list four, and Claude is still marked coming soon.
Key features
- Four engines. ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews.
- Pooled prompts. One allowance shared across projects and engines.
- Daily refresh through real browser sessions.
- Competitor Gap Analysis. Ranks the sources that cite competitors but not you, since July 2026.
- Unlimited users and an API on every plan, with CSV and XLSX exports.
Where it falls short
- No Claude yet, and no Grok or Copilot.
- No PDF or white-label reports.
- Tracks only, with no content or outreach.
User reviews
SE Visible has no reviews on G2 or Capterra yet, so we have no user quotes to share.
Pricing
- Basic: $99/month for 200 prompts and 3 projects
- Core: $189/month for 450 prompts and 5 projects
- Plus: $355/month for 1,000 prompts and 10 projects
- Yearly billing saves 20%, and there's a 10-day free trial.
What happened to Hall AI
Hall was a Sydney startup, founded in 2023, that tracked how brands showed up in AI answers. Here's what we could confirm from public sources.
- The free plan went first. In February 2026 Hall's pricing page still showed a free Lite plan (25 questions, weekly updates), Starter at $199 a month and Business at $599. By late May the prices and the Lite plan were gone, and every plan said "Contact sales".
- Tracksuit bought it in July. Tracksuit, a brand tracking company used by more than 1,000 consumer brands, announced the acquisition on July 20, 2026. Terms weren't disclosed, and Hall's whole team, including founder Kai Forsyth, joined Tracksuit.
- The standalone product stopped. According to a customer notice reported in early July, tracking and data collection ended on July 13, 2026. The usehall.com homepage now carries a note dated July 21, "Hall is now part of Tracksuit", and the old pricing page returns a 404.
- Your history doesn't move with you. We know of no tool that imports Hall data. If you exported CSVs before the cutoff, keep them as a reference point.
- Tracksuit's version isn't open yet. Tracksuit said AI visibility would start rolling out to its customers later in 2026. As of November 2026 its waitlist page says the waitlist is full and points visitors to a demo of the main Tracksuit product.
Switching from Hall: a quick checklist
- Rebuild your prompt list. Start with 10 to 25 prompts close to a buying decision, written the way customers ask. If you kept a CSV from Hall, start from that.
- Add the same competitors so your share of voice stays comparable.
- Match the engines you watched. Hall listed ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Meta AI and DeepSeek. Most entry plans cover three or four of those, so check which ones you'll lose.
- Expect a new baseline. Tools collect answers differently, so compare trends over a few weeks, not against your old Hall numbers.
- Check shopping and crawler coverage if you used Hall's commerce or agent analytics, since few entry plans include both.
Which Hall AI alternative should you choose?
- You want agents that run the work on their own, from analysis to content, outreach and site fixes, not only tracking: Orchly.
