11 Best AI Search Visibility Tools for Agencies (2026)

The best AI search visibility tools for agencies in November 2026 are Orchly, Peec AI, Otterly.AI and Trakkr, with SE Ranking and SE Visible, Profound, Scrunch, the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit, Search Atlas, AthenaHQ and Ahrefs Brand Radar for narrower needs. We judged all 11 on what agencies pay for and sell: the real cost per client, client workspaces and seats, white-label reports, pitch audits and help delivering the work.

Client demand is there. In the AgencyAnalytics 2026 benchmarks, 66% of agencies reported more demand for AEO and SEO for AI search, the top new service clients asked for. Prices checked in November 2026.

Editor's note

How we judged these tools for agencies

We work with brands and agencies, and we've used Peec AI, Otterly.AI, Profound, Scrunch, SE Visible and the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit on their trials. For this list we went back to each one's agency plans and noted:

  • What one client really costs once prompts are shared
  • Client workspaces, seats and white-label or branded reports
  • Pitch audits, exports and help with the delivery work

Trakkr, Search Atlas, SE Ranking's Agency Pack, AthenaHQ and Ahrefs Brand Radar aren't on our tested list, so we went by their pricing pages, docs and reviews. Review quotes are condensed from G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, OMR and Product Hunt and link to the original.

Orchly is our product. We held it to the same checks and say where it falls short. Checked November 2026.

How we picked

We judged every tool on what an agency pays for and what it sells to clients:

  • Price per client, not the sticker price. Workspaces are often free while prompts are shared, so we divided the pool by client count.
  • Client workspaces and access, so each client's data stays separate and a client can log in to see only their own.
  • Seats, for your team and for clients.
  • White-label or branded reports, and whether that covers a share link, a PDF or a whole portal on your domain.
  • Pitch and prospect audits, to show a prospect their gaps before they sign.
  • Exports, API and Looker Studio, for agencies with their own reporting stack.
  • Whether it helps you deliver the content, outreach and fixes your retainer is for.

Prices and plan limits come from each vendor's pricing page and docs in November 2026.

1. Orchly: best for agencies that want agents to improve client AI visibility

Orchly AI visibility overview showing AI Visibility Score, Share of Voice, sentiment, average position and a competitor leaderboard
Each client's AI visibility, share of voice and competitors

Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform that tracks each client's visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews every day, through the engines' real interfaces rather than APIs, and runs agents that work to improve it, with white-label reports for the client. Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot are paid add-ons, and it also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek.

Every client gets its own workspace, with its own prompts, competitors, integrations, Brand Brain, agents and reports.

Then the agents run on their own, on a schedule. They analyze the client's AI visibility, competitors, SEO and Search Console and GA4 data, decide which pages to write or refresh and do it in the client's brand voice. They keep Brand Brain current, find the sites, people and Reddit threads worth reaching, run the outreach and draft the replies, and audit the site for technical SEO and AI search issues with the fixes ranked. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.

Most tools on this list give an agency a client dashboard and a to-do list. Orchly's agents run the delivery work end to end, which is where the retainer comes from.

Run every client from one account

  • A workspace per client. Prompts, competitors, integrations and agents stay separate, so client data never mixes.
  • Access by workspace. Invite teammates as Admins or Members and pick which workspaces each one opens. A client can get Member access to their own workspace only. See how to invite your team.
  • Usage per client. The plan page lists each website's tracked prompts and the credits it used, so you can see which client is using what.

Reports with your agency's name on them

  • White-label reports. Add your logo and agency name once, and every shared report and PDF carries it, with "Presented by" your agency on the cover. See how white labeling works.
  • One report, every channel. AI search, Search Console and GA4, and Reddit and YouTube listening in one live link or PDF, with a count of how often the client opened it.
  • Pitch reports. The same report works for a prospect, showing where they're missing from AI answers next to their competitors, as a PDF they can forward.

Agents that do the delivery work

  • Content agent. Writes and refreshes articles in each client's brand voice and publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Ghost or Sanity, directly or after your approval.
  • Activation Agent. Finds the sites, people and Reddit threads AI engines cite, then sends outreach from your connected inbox.

  • Site Health agent. Audits each client's pages for technical SEO and AI search issues and ranks the fixes.

  • API and MCP. Pull any client's data into Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier or your own reporting with workspace-scoped keys.

More on Orchly for agencies.

Where Orchly falls short

  • Websites per plan. Pro covers 3 websites. More are paid add-ons or Enterprise, while Otterly.AI and Rankability include unlimited client workspaces.
  • White-label covers shared reports, not a full app on your own domain. Trakkr and SE Ranking put the whole platform on your domain.
  • Add-on engines. ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews are included. Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Copilot cost extra, while Trakkr includes all 8 of its models on every plan.
  • Seats. Pro has 5 users. Peec AI, Otterly.AI and Trakkr's Scale plan include unlimited seats.

Orchly pricing

  • Essential: $49/month for 25 prompts, 1 website and 1 user
  • Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts, 3 websites and 5 users, with white-label reports
  • Enterprise: custom, with unlimited prompts, websites and users
  • There's a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing saves 25%.

2. Peec AI: best for agencies with many small clients

Peec AI dashboard

Peec AI is an AI search analytics tool with separate agency plans: one shared pool of credits for all your clients, unlimited team and client seats, free pitch projects and Looker Studio templates, which suits boutique agencies that run many small clients.

We used Peec on its trial with our usual buyer prompts. Setup took a few minutes, and the daily trend lines were the screen we kept opening. Agencies will spend more time in the project switcher, where each client sits in its own project with its own prompts, competitors and models.

The agency plans are priced by credits, not prompts. One prompt on one model for one day uses one credit, so Peec's own example puts 10,000 credits at about 111 prompts a day on three models. Spread that across ten clients and each one gets about 11 prompts, which is fine for a small retainer and thin for a big one.

Pitch projects are the part we'd use most. They run for 7 days outside your client quota, and when the prospect signs you convert one into a client project and keep the history as a baseline.

Key features

  • Shared credit pool across client projects, with one invoice.
  • Pitch projects: 3 on Essential, 10 on Growth, 25 on Scale, free for 7 days each.
  • Unlimited seats for your team and your clients.
  • Looker Studio connector, CSV and API, so you clone one branded dashboard per client.
  • Peec MCP, which can loop through every client each week and post a summary to Slack.

Where it falls short

  • No white-label app. Branded reporting means building it in Looker Studio.
  • Credits run down faster with every model you add, so the real prompt count per client is smaller than it looks.
  • Claude, Grok and DeepSeek are Enterprise only on the brand plans.

User reviews

Peec's G2 reviews have been quoted in most of our comparisons, so here are two, picked for reporting.

“I use it to prepare AI visibility reports, and it turns a lot of prompt data into useful comparisons and rankings.” (Source)

“It shows how visibility is trending, but it doesn't give clear recommendations on how to improve it.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Agency Essential: $245/month ($205/month billed yearly) for 10,000 credits and 3 pitch projects
  • Agency Growth: $495/month ($420 yearly) for 25,000 credits and 10 pitch projects
  • Agency Scale: $795/month ($675 yearly) for 65,000 credits and 25 pitch projects
  • Brand plans start at €85/month ($95). There's a free trial.

3. SE Ranking + SE Visible: best for SEO agencies on a budget

SE Visible dashboard

SE Visible is SE Ranking's AI visibility tracker, priced by projects, and SE Ranking's Agency Pack adds a white-label SEO platform on your own domain, which suits SEO agencies that want AI tracking next to rank tracking for a low price per client.

We used SE Visible on its trial. Data refreshes daily from real AI answers, and the project view makes it easy to compare a client with its competitors on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews. There's no Perplexity, Claude or Copilot yet.

The price per client is low. Basic is $99 a month for 200 prompts across 3 projects, about $33 a project, and Plus is $355 for 1,000 prompts across 10.

There's a gap agencies should know about, though. The Agency Pack's white label works on the SE Ranking platform only, and SE Visible's own FAQ says it doesn't apply to SE Visible yet. So your branded portal and emailed reports come from SE Ranking, which has its own AI results tracking, while SE Visible dashboards stay SE-branded.

Key features

  • Projects per plan: 3 on Basic, 5 on Core, 10 on Plus, with prompts shared across them.
  • Agency Pack for SE Ranking: your logo, colors and domain, reports sent from your email, and client seats.
  • Lead Generator, an on-page SEO checker widget for your site that collects prospects.
  • CSV and XLSX exports, plus an API on every SE Visible plan.
  • 7 countries and 5 languages for regional clients.

Where it falls short

  • White label covers SE Ranking, not SE Visible, so the full stack is two products.
  • Four engines, with no Perplexity, Claude or Copilot.
  • No PDF reports in SE Visible itself.

User reviews

SE Visible has no reviews we could find, so these are about SE Ranking, the platform the Agency Pack sits on.

“It's a great tool for our agency, and I like that I can research AI search for our own site too.” (Source)

“We left Semrush because it got too all-in-one, and we wanted specific features as an agency, which SE Ranking helped with quickly.” (Source)

“Daily scans sometimes don't finish, and reports fail to send to the email addresses we set.” (Source)

Pricing

  • SE Visible Basic: $99/month for 200 prompts and 3 projects
  • SE Visible Core: $189/month for 450 prompts and 5 projects
  • SE Visible Plus: $355/month for 1,000 prompts and 10 projects
  • Yearly billing saves 20%. SE Ranking's Agency Pack is +$69/month on annual billing, and Core starts at $129/month.

4. Otterly.AI: best for unlimited client workspaces

Otterly.AI dashboard

Otterly.AI is an AI search monitoring tool with unlimited client workspaces and team members from its Standard plan, plus an Agency Partner program with extra prompts and pitch workspaces, which suits agencies starting AI visibility reporting across many small clients.

We used Otterly on its trial, and it's simple enough to hand to a junior account manager on day one. You add a brand, it suggests competitors and prompts, and Otterly says a first report is ready in about 15 minutes.

For agencies, the limit is the prompt pool. Workspaces are unlimited, but every client shares the plan's prompts. Standard's 100 prompts, or 150 with partner status, works out to about 7 prompts each across 20 clients.

There's no white label. Otterly's help center says the interface, branding and URLs can't be customized, and points you to its Looker Studio connector for branded client reports.

Key features

  • Unlimited workspaces on Standard and Premium, one per client, under one login and one invoice.
  • Agency Partner status: 150 prompts on Standard instead of 100, 500 on Premium instead of 400, pitch workspaces and a directory listing.
  • Looker Studio connector, API and MCP from Standard.
  • Unlimited team members on every plan.
  • Daily tracking on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot.

Where it falls short

  • Every client draws from the same prompt pool.
  • No native white label. Branded reports mean building them in Looker Studio.
  • AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are paid add-ons, priced per plan.

User reviews

“I could try it on two or three client accounts first instead of paying $300 or more to test one, and the suggestions give me a real answer when a client asks what to do next.” (Source)

“There's no option to brand reports for clients, so I pull the data out and build them myself.” (Source)

“As an agency, we miss per-dashboard billing, which would let us pass costs straight on to each client.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Lite: $29/month for 15 prompts and 1 workspace
  • Standard: $189/month for 100 prompts, unlimited workspaces, API and Looker Studio
  • Premium: $489/month for 400 prompts
  • Yearly billing saves 15%. Extra prompts are $99 per 100, and there's a free trial.

5. Profound: best for agencies with enterprise clients

Profound dashboard

Profound is an enterprise AI visibility platform with an Agency Mode for running client brands and pitch audits from one account, which suits agencies whose clients are large brands that already know the Profound name.

We used Profound on its 7-day trial. It picked 50 prompts for our industry and ran them daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, and we couldn't edit them. The dashboards are polished, and a client presentation built from them looks expensive, in a good way.

Agency Mode lets you spin up a pitch environment for a prospect with its own industry, regions, competitors and generated prompts. When the pitch is over it expires, or you promote it to a full client environment in one click.

Pricing is the harder part. The pricing page mentions a self-serve Agency Growth plan with 400 AI Marketer credits a month per client workspace, but doesn't list its price, so you'll need a quote.

Key features

  • Agency Mode: separate client environments and pitch audits that expire, with a usage dashboard.
  • AI Marketer agents that draft and update content, on credits per client workspace.
  • Up to 9 engines on Enterprise, including Claude, Copilot and DeepSeek.
  • Prompt Volumes, demand estimates from more than 1.5 billion prompts in 35 countries.
  • Agent Analytics for AI crawler traffic on unlimited domains.

Where it falls short

  • No public agency price.
  • No documented white-label reporting or client portal.
  • Exports, API and SSO are on Enterprise.

User reviews

Profound's G2 reviews have been quoted many times in our other posts, so here are two from agencies.

“It shows us where our clients rank for specific queries in LLMs, and our clients appreciate that we have it.” (Source)

“The pricing feels a bit high, though we save on maintaining the same workflows in-house and can focus on client results.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Trial: free for 7 days, 50 preset prompts daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews
  • Agency Growth: self-serve, 400 credits a month per client workspace, price on request
  • Enterprise: custom, up to 9 engines, SSO, exports and API

6. Scrunch: best for agency partnerships

Scrunch dashboard

Scrunch, now part of Sitecore, is an AI search visibility platform with an agency program built on multi-client workspaces, prospecting environments, an API for headless or white-label reporting and up to 20% referral commission, which suits agencies that want a partnership as much as a tool.

We used Scrunch on its 7-day trial. The dashboards are some of the cleanest we've seen, and the competitor view is easy to drop into a client call. The brand plan, Core, is $250 a month for one brand workspace, 125 prompts on four engines and five user licenses.

For agencies the useful parts sit on the agency side: prospecting environments for pitches, one place to manage every client brand, and access controls so a client sees only their own data. The API is how you'd build fully branded reports, since there's no white-label app.

We couldn't confirm the agency plan prices. The pricing page has a "For agencies" tab, but its numbers didn't load in the page we could read, so ask the partner team.

Key features

  • Multi-client workspaces with role-based access for your team and client guests.
  • Prospecting environments to show a prospect where they stand.
  • API-first reporting, to feed your own dashboards or white-label outputs.
  • Referral commission of up to 20% on customers you bring.
  • Agent Traffic and GA4 AI referrals to report AI visits next to visibility.

Where it falls short

  • Agency pricing isn't public.
  • Four engines on Core. Claude, Gemini and AI Mode are on Enterprise.
  • Charts can't be exported for client decks, going by the reviews below.

User reviews

Scrunch's G2 reviews have been quoted many times in our other posts, so here are two from agencies.

“The GA and CMS integrations give us everything we need to report on our clients' AI visibility in one place.” (Source)

“We screenshot the charts for client reports, which looks inconsistent, so SVG or PNG exports would help.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Core: $250/month for 125 prompts, 4 engines, 1 brand workspace and 5 user licenses
  • Agency plans: through the partner program, price on request
  • Enterprise: custom, up to 9 engines, API and SSO
  • There's a 7-day free trial.

7. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit: best for agencies already on Semrush

Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit dashboard

The Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit is an add-on to the Semrush suite that tracks 25 prompts per domain and reports share of voice, sentiment and citations, which suits agencies whose clients are already in Semrush.

We tried it on one domain. Prompt Tracking runs daily on ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Gemini, and Brand Performance adds Perplexity in weekly reports. It sits next to the SEO data most agencies already pull for clients, so there's nothing new to learn.

It gets expensive from the second client on. The toolkit is $99 a month per domain, billed annually, so 20 clients cost $1,980 a month before extra users and reports. Extra users start at $45 a month.

Branded reports cost extra too. A Pro Report is $20 a month and adds branding, white-labeling, link sharing and AI summaries.

Key features

  • 25 tracked prompts per domain, refreshed daily.
  • Brand Performance reports on share of voice, sentiment and citations against competitors.
  • AI visibility reports for any domain, handy before a pitch.
  • Pro Report at $20/month for white-label reports with link sharing.
  • Lead Generation at $90/month for a branded profile on Semrush's Agency Partners platform.

Where it falls short

  • Priced per domain, so cost grows in a straight line with clients.
  • 25 prompts per domain on the base toolkit.
  • Claude, Grok and Copilot are on Enterprise AIO only.

User reviews

The Semrush toolkit's few AI-specific reviews have been quoted many times in our other posts, so here are two that speak to agencies.

“25 prompts priced per domain adds up fast for agencies or multi-site brands.” (Source)

“As an agency we added brands to evaluate, one for a pitch we lost, and each kept billing $99 a month until support removed it.” (Source)

Pricing

  • AI Visibility Toolkit: $99/month per domain, billed annually, 25 prompts
  • Additional users: from $45/month
  • Pro Report: $20/month per report, with white-labeling
  • Semrush One plans with AI visibility start at $199/month.

8. Trakkr: best for fully branded client portals

Trakkr dashboard

Trakkr is an AI visibility tracker whose Scale plan includes a full white-label client portal on your own domain, branded emails, unlimited seats and 10 brands, which suits agencies that want to resell AI visibility as their own product.

Trakkr isn't on our tested list, so this section is based on its agency page, pricing page and FAQ.

Clients log in at your domain, see your logo and get email from your address. Trakkr's page says there's no Trakkr branding anywhere, and access is scoped by brand, so a client sees only their own.

It also has pitch reports. You enter a prospect, and Trakkr scores them across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini against their competitors and sends it as a branded link or PDF, in about 60 seconds by its own count.

All 8 models are on every plan, but each brand gets 50 prompts. That's enough for monitoring, less for a client with several product lines.

Key features

  • White-label portal: custom domain with SSL, your logo and colors, emails from your domain, white-label PDFs.
  • Pitch reports for any prospect, as a link or PDF.
  • 8 models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI.
  • Portfolio view of every client's score and trend on one screen.
  • REST API, MCP and 100 article credits a month on Scale.

Where it falls short

  • 50 prompts per brand on every plan, with prompt packs extra.
  • No Google AI Mode or Copilot.
  • The trial needs a card and starts on the single-brand Growth plan.

User reviews

Trakkr's only written G2 review comes from a business partner of the seller, so we haven't quoted it, and we found none elsewhere.

Pricing

  • Growth: $100/month for 1 brand, 50 prompts and 3 seats
  • Scale: $500/month ($417/month billed yearly) for 10 brands, unlimited seats and the white-label portal
  • Extra brands: $50/month each on Scale
  • Enterprise starts at about $1,000/month. There's a 14-day free trial.

9. Search Atlas: best for agencies that want automated fixes

Search Atlas dashboard

Search Atlas is an SEO platform with LLM Visibility tracking, white-label dashboards from its Pro plan and client portals on its Agency plan, plus OTTO, an agent that deploys SEO fixes to client sites, which suits SEO agencies that want tracking and on-site execution in one bill.

Search Atlas isn't on our tested list, so this section is based on its pricing page and reviews.

AI visibility starts on Growth at $199, with ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode. Pro at $399 adds Copilot, Perplexity and Claude, white-label dashboards and reporting, 4 projects and 5 seats. Agency starts at $999 with client portals and 10 seats.

OTTO is the reason most agencies look at it. It installs on a client's site and makes technical and on-page changes on its own. That saves time, but some clients and developers won't want an outside tool editing their live site, and the reviews below show why.

Key features

  • LLM Visibility on 6 platforms from Pro: ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode, Copilot, Perplexity and Claude.
  • White-label dashboards and reports from Pro, client portals on Agency.
  • OTTO SEO, which deploys technical and on-page fixes to each site.
  • Full SEO suite with rank tracking, content, local SEO and backlinks.
  • Unlimited LLM Visibility projects on Agency, with 250 queries.

Where it falls short

  • Only 100 LLM Visibility queries on Growth and Pro.
  • OTTO edits live client sites.
  • Billing and cancellation complaints come up often on Trustpilot.

User reviews

“OTTO now handles a big chunk of technical SEO and on-page fixes almost on autopilot, which frees up hours every week.” (Source)

“Following their server-side rendering advice broke multiple client sites.” (Source)

“LLM visibility was one of the reasons we signed up, but it was restricted and repriced without warning.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Growth: $199/month for 2 projects, 3 seats and AI visibility on 3 platforms
  • Pro: $399/month for 4 projects, 5 seats, 6 AI platforms and white-label reporting
  • Agency: from $999/month for 10 projects, 10 seats and client portals
  • There's a 7-day trial. Starter at $99 has no AI visibility.

10. AthenaHQ: best agency program for reselling

AthenaHQ dashboard

AthenaHQ is an AI search visibility platform with an agency program that offers discounted licenses to resell with your services, pitch-ready workspaces, GEO certification and client leads routed from AthenaHQ, which suits agencies that want a vendor to help them sell AI search as a service.

AthenaHQ needed a sales call, so it isn't on our tested list. This section is based on its agency page, pricing page and reviews.

The program is the selling point. You get a dedicated Agency Growth Manager, monthly office hours and certification, and after certification AthenaHQ routes leads to you by industry. Client management happens in one platform with team permissions and a Google Analytics connection.

The self-serve plan is generous on engines. Starter tracks 11 models, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI, with unlimited users. Agency license prices aren't public.

Key features

  • Discounted resale licenses bundled with your managed services.
  • Pitch-ready workspaces with AI search insights for proposals.
  • 11 models on Starter, with unlimited topics, prompts, competitors and users.
  • GEO certification and referred leads from AthenaHQ.
  • Content optimization agent and on-page and off-page actions on Starter.

Where it falls short

  • Agency pricing is by sales call only.
  • Credits drive usage, so cost per client depends on how many answers each one needs.
  • No white-label reporting listed, and BI exports are on Enterprise.

User reviews

AthenaHQ's G2 reviews have been quoted many times in our other posts, so here are two from agencies.

“Our clients started asking where they show up in ChatGPT. Now we pull a weekly citation rate report by model and share it on client calls.” (Source)

“I track five B2B software clients, and manual prompting used to take half a day per client. Nothing in the UI explained citation rate versus mention rate, though.” (Source)

Pricing

  • Essential: free, 300 credits on 5 engines
  • Starter: $295/month (17% off yearly) for 3,600 credits on 11 models
  • Agency licenses: discounted, price on request
  • Enterprise is custom, with BI exports and SSO.

11. Ahrefs Brand Radar: best for prospecting

Ahrefs Brand Radar dashboard

Ahrefs Brand Radar is an AI visibility index of more than 496 million prompts that shows any brand's mentions and citations across six AI platforms with no setup, which suits agencies that want prospect and market data before a pitch.

Ahrefs Brand Radar has no trial, so it isn't on our tested list. This section is based on its product page, docs and reviews.

For a sales call, it's quick. Type in a prospect and their competitors, and you see their AI visibility on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, AI Overviews and AI Mode right away, without creating a project.

For ongoing client reporting it fits less well. The index prompts come from Ahrefs' keyword data, not your client's buyer questions. Custom prompts fix that, starting at $50 a month for 2,500 checks, and every paid Ahrefs plan includes a few daily ones. We didn't find a white-label option.

Key features

  • Instant lookups of any brand across 496 million+ prompts.
  • Six platforms: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, AI Overviews and AI Mode.
