The best AI search monitoring software for brands in November 2026 is Orchly, Profound, Brandlight and Peec AI, with Scrunch, the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit, Slate, Rankshift, Goodie, Ahrefs Brand Radar and Brand24 Chatbeat for narrower needs and budgets. We judged all 11 on what in-house brand, marketing and PR teams need: how AI describes you, whether it gets your facts right, share of voice against competitors, seats, and reports leadership will read.
It matters because AI gets brands wrong. In a Searchable study of more than 1,700 brands, the companies flagged 9.2% of the facts AI engines stated about them as false, and pricing was wrong 13.5% of the time. Searchable sells a competing tool, so treat the exact figure with care. Prices checked in November 2026.
How we judged these tools for brand teams
We've used Profound, Peec AI, Scrunch and the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit on their trials, with the same buyer and brand prompts. For this list we went back to each one's brand views and pricing page and noted:
- Whether it shows how AI describes you, not just whether you're named
- How it compares you with competitors, and who on your team can see it
- What leadership gets as a report, and the real cost of the plan you'd buy
Slate, Brandlight, Rankshift, Goodie, Ahrefs Brand Radar and Chatbeat aren't on our tested list, so we went by their pricing pages, docs and product pages. Review quotes are condensed from G2 and link to the original.
Orchly is our product. We held it to the same checks and say where it falls short. Checked November 2026.

How we picked
We picked tools for in-house brand, marketing and PR teams, not SEO specialists, and judged them on:
- How AI describes you, not just whether it mentions you: sentiment, attributes and objections.
- Accuracy checks against your own facts, for pricing, products and policies.
- Share of voice against named competitors, per engine.
- Seats and access, so PR, product and leadership can see the same data.
- Reports leadership will read, like share links, PDFs, scheduled digests or BI connectors.
- Price and engines on the plan you can actually buy, from each vendor's pricing page in November 2026.
1. Orchly: best for brand teams that want agents to improve how AI describes them
Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform that monitors how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews describe your brand every day, through the engines' real interfaces rather than APIs, and runs agents that work to improve it. Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot are paid add-ons, and it also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek.
For a brand team, it covers the questions that come up in a Monday meeting: are we mentioned, how do AI engines describe us, what do they get wrong, and who do they recommend instead.
Then its agents run on their own, on a schedule. They analyze your AI visibility, your competitors, your SEO and your Search Console and GA4 data, decide which pages to write or refresh and do it in your brand voice. They keep Brand Brain up to date, find the sites, people and Reddit threads worth reaching, run the outreach and draft the replies, and audit your site for technical SEO and AI search issues with the fixes ranked. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.
Most tools on this list give you a dashboard and a to-do list. Orchly's agents run the work end to end, from $49 a month.
How AI describes your brand
- Reputation. A sentiment score from 0 to 100, the positive, neutral and negative split each day, the qualities AI ties to your name and a grid of who AI names first for each one. Our sentiment guide explains how it's scored.
- Objections. Every reason AI gives against your brand, ranked by how often and how early it comes up, and sorted into misinformation, content gaps and real product limits.
- Weekly perception prompts about you and your competitors, which don't count toward your prompt limit.
Catch what AI gets wrong
- Fact check. Orchly pulls every checkable claim out of AI answers about you and compares it with the facts in Brand Brain, your approved facts on pricing, products and policies. You get an accuracy score, the contradicted claims, and the facts AI never mentions at all.
- Brand Brain. Your products, pricing, audience, voice and positioning in one place. It powers fact checks and every page the agents write, and the agents keep it current.
See where competitors win
- Performance Matrix. Visibility, share of voice, position and sentiment for every tracked brand, by AI platform, topic or prompt, with an average row so you can tell a hard platform from a weak spot.
- Simulate. View every tab from a competitor's side, their prompts, citations and searches included.
- Shopping answers. Which of your products show up in AI shopping answers, and which competitors take the spot. More on our shopping visibility tracker.
Report it to leadership
- Shareable reports. A link anyone can open without logging in, or a PDF for a deck, covering AI search, Search Console and Reddit and YouTube listening, with a count of how often it was viewed.
- Slack digests. Scheduled agents post a weekly share of voice recap or an alert to your team's channel, and anyone can ask Orchly a question in Slack.
For comms and PR teams, Orchly for brand and PR managers shows how this fits into a reporting routine.
Where Orchly falls short
- Add-on engines. ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews are included. Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Copilot cost extra, while Rankshift includes all nine of its engines on every plan.
- No retail engines. Orchly doesn't track Amazon's Alexa for Shopping or Walmart Sparky, which Goodie covers on Pro.
- Seats and SSO. Essential has one user and Pro has five, and SSO isn't listed on the public plans. Peec AI and Rankshift include unlimited seats.
Orchly pricing
- Essential: $49/month for 25 prompts refreshed daily, 1 site and 1 user
- Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts, 3 sites and 5 users, with white-label reports
- Enterprise: custom, with unlimited prompts and users
- There's a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing saves 25%.
See Orchly pricing or start a free trial.
2. Profound: best for enterprise brand accuracy
Profound is an enterprise AI visibility platform that tracks how AI engines mention, describe and cite your brand, and checks their claims against your own facts with FactCheck, which suits large brands with an analyst and an enterprise budget.
We ran the 7-day trial. Profound picked 50 prompts for our industry, ran them daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, and we couldn't edit them. That was enough to see the dashboards, but not our own buyer questions.
What brand teams will care about most is FactCheck, launched on July 14, 2026. You build a Knowledge Base from your site, files, Google Drive or Notion, and Profound compares what AI says about you with it. You get an accuracy score, wrong claims grouped by theme, and the URLs feeding each wrong answer, which turns a vague complaint into a list your comms team can work through.
Smaller teams will find it harder to get in. FactCheck is on Enterprise plans only, and since September 2026 there's no self-serve plan for brands, so after the trial you're talking to sales.
Key features
- FactCheck. AI claims checked against your Knowledge Base, with an accuracy score and the source behind each wrong claim.
- Sentiment and share of voice across up to 9 engines on Enterprise.
- Prompt Volumes. Demand estimates from more than 1.5 billion prompts in 35 countries.
- AI Marketer agents that can update the page behind a wrong claim.
- Unlimited seats, with SSO on Enterprise.
Where it falls short
- No self-serve brand plan, only the trial and custom Enterprise pricing.
- The trial runs 50 preset prompts on three engines, with no history, exports or API.
- FactCheck, exports and the API are Enterprise only.
User reviews
Profound's G2 reviews have been quoted across most of our comparisons, so we kept this to two.
“It gives us clear visibility into how AI platforms mention and represent our brand, without checking each tool by hand.” (Source)
“It's rather expensive compared with other tools we vetted.” (Source)
Pricing
- Trial: free for 7 days, 50 preset prompts daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews
- Enterprise: custom, up to 9 engines, FactCheck, SSO, exports and API
- Both include unlimited seats.
3. Slate: best for turning AI visibility gaps into published content
Slate is a marketing platform whose AI Search Analytics tracks brand mentions, sentiment, share of voice and citations, and then hands the gaps to workflows and agents that write, refresh and publish content, which suits brand teams that want tracking and content work in one paid tool.
Slate isn't on our tested list, so this section is based on its pricing page, product pages and FAQ.
Every plan tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Claude and Gemini come from a separate pool of answers you buy in packs of 1,000. Prompts can run daily, weekly, monthly or once, and every answer is stored word for word, so you can read exactly what a model said about you.
The price is the main hurdle. Growth is $499 a month for a single user and one workspace, and you need Scale at $999 for more seats.
Key features
- Visibility, share of voice and sentiment per prompt, platform and competitor.
- Full response archive with filters and CSV export.
- Citation analysis by source category, with outreach to third-party sites that don't mention you.
- Workflows and agents that research, write and publish when a gap shows up.
- Credits for agent work, with answers counted separately, so tracking never eats into them.
Where it falls short
- $499 a month to start, with one user on Growth.
- Claude and Gemini cost extra answer packs, and there's no Copilot or Grok.
- No public SSO or white-label reporting details on the pricing page.
User reviews
G2 lists reviews for Slate, but we couldn't open them, and we found none on other sites we could link.
Pricing
- Growth: $499/month for 10,000 AI answers, 15,000 credits, 1 user
- Scale: $999/month for 20,000 AI answers, 50,000 credits, custom seats
- Agency: $2,000/month for 50,000 AI answers and 100,000 credits
- Annual billing saves 20%. There's a 14-day free trial with no card.
4. Brandlight: best for global brands tracking their narrative across markets
Brandlight is an enterprise AI brand visibility platform that tracks visibility, sentiment and share of voice across 12 answer engines in 10 markets, and compares how AI describes you with your approved messaging, which suits global brands with several product lines and regional teams.
Brandlight isn't on our tested list and has no trial, so we went by its product pages and reviews.
It runs every question in each market's own language and interface: the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Japan and South Korea. Each brand, market and language runs as its own instance, and head office sees them rolled up. There's no cap on questions, brands, markets or competitors.
Narrative alignment is the part a brand or PR lead will use most. It shows how AI describes you next to your approved messaging and key descriptors, and traces negative narratives back to their sources.
There's no public price. You start with a paid three-month pilot and move to an annual contract.
Key features
- 12 engines in 10 markets, including Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral and Naver.
- Narrative alignment against your approved messaging.
- Sentiment per topic, engine and market, classified in the context of each attribute.
- Separate brand instances that roll up for head office.
- Impact Tracker, which shows how a URL or campaign moved your visibility score.
Where it falls short
- No public pricing, no trial, and a paid pilot before you commit.
- Adapting reports for different audiences takes manual work, going by the reviews below.
- It shows the problems, but the content and outreach work stays with your team or agency.
User reviews
“It lets us explain AI discovery with the SEO ideas people already know: visibility, queries, citations and competitors.” (Source)
“I'd like more flexible reporting and clearer comparisons across AI platforms, so it's easier to explain the findings to stakeholders.” (Source)
“The insights take time to interpret when I'm looking at many topics at once.” (Source)
Pricing
- Pilot: paid, three months, price on request
- Annual contract: custom after the pilot
- No trial or self-serve plan.
5. Scrunch: best for sentiment and AI crawler data on one plan
Scrunch, now part of Sitecore, is an AI search visibility platform with sentiment analysis, competitor benchmarking and AI crawler data on a $250 plan with five user licenses, which suits mid-size brand teams that want a fixed number of seats and Google sign-in.
We used it on the 7-day trial. Setup was quick, and the dashboards are some of the cleanest we've seen. Brand mentions, position and sentiment sit next to each competitor, so a quick read before a Monday meeting is easy.
The Core plan is tighter than it looks, though. You get 125 prompts on four engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot), one persona, one language and five competitors. Claude, Gemini and AI Mode are on Enterprise.
New prompts refresh daily for 14 days, then every 72 hours. That's fine for monthly reporting, less so if you want to catch a bad answer the day it appears.
Key features
- Sentiment analysis on every plan, per competitor.
- 5 user licenses and Google sign-in on Core, SAML and OIDC SSO on Enterprise.
- Agent Traffic, which shows AI crawlers on your site once your CDN or host is connected.
- GA4 AI referrals, so visibility sits next to the visits it brings.
- Site audits, 5 a month on Core.
Where it falls short
- Four engines on Core, with Claude, Gemini and AI Mode on Enterprise only.
- Refresh drops to every 72 hours after the first two weeks.
- One brand workspace and one persona on Core.
User reviews
Scrunch's G2 reviews have been quoted many times in our other posts, so here are two, picked for reporting.
“I rely on it for regular reporting and for benchmarking our brand mentions against competitors.” (Source)
“I'd love to download the charts as SVGs, so we could restyle them to our brand guidelines for presentations.” (Source)
Pricing
- Core: $250/month for 125 prompts, 4 engines, 5 user licenses and 1 brand workspace
- Enterprise: custom, up to 9 engines, custom prompts, API and SSO
- There's a 7-day free trial.
6. Peec AI: best for brand perception with unlimited seats
Peec AI is an AI search analytics tool with a Brand Perception view that shows the attributes AI ties to your brand, the objections it raises and which of its claims break your own facts, with unlimited seats on every plan, which suits brand teams that want to share the data widely on a budget.
We signed up and ran it on our usual buyer prompts. Setup took a few minutes, and the daily trend lines were the screen we kept going back to.
Brand Perception launched on September 16, 2026. It reads real chat answers about you, lists the attributes AI attaches to brands in your space, and checks each claim it makes about you against facts you set, with verdicts of Contradicted, Supported, Inconclusive or Not covered.
Fact-checking is on every plan, with coverage growing by tier, but the Objections tab starts on Pro. Unlimited seats make it easy to invite PR, product and leadership without counting licenses.
Key features
- Brand Perception. Attributes, objections and fact checks, each traced to the sources behind it.
- Unlimited seats on every plan.
- Daily tracking on 3 models you choose, with share of voice and position against competitors.
- API and Looker Studio for teams that build their own reports, with Looker on Advanced.
- Peec Agent, which drafts briefs and page edits since October 22, 2026.
Where it falls short
- 3 models per plan, and Perplexity counts as an extra model.
- Objections need Pro at €205 a month.
- Claude, Grok and DeepSeek are Enterprise only.
User reviews
Peec's G2 reviews have been quoted in most of our comparisons, so here are two.
“The data really helps us make our big marketing decisions.” (Source)
“It's missing a page-level AEO readiness feature that other platforms include.” (Source)
Pricing
- Starter: €85/month ($95) for 50 prompts on 3 models
- Pro: €205/month ($245) for 150 prompts, with Objections
- Advanced: €425/month ($495) for 350 prompts
- Unlimited seats on every plan, and there's a free trial.
7. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit: best for SEO-led brand teams
The Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit is an add-on to the Semrush suite that reports your share of voice, sentiment and the narratives AI ties to your brand against competitors, which suits brand teams that already share a Semrush account with SEO.
We tried it on one domain. The Brand Performance reports were the useful part for brand work. They show your share of voice, how sentiment moves over time, and the key business drivers AI associates with you next to your competitors.
Those brand reports refresh weekly or monthly, and they're where Perplexity shows up. Daily Prompt Tracking covers ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Gemini, but only 25 prompts per domain on the base toolkit.
For a brand with one site and an SEO team on Semrush, it's an easy add. For several brands or regional sites, the per-domain price adds up.
Key features
- Brand Performance. Share of voice, sentiment and key business drivers against competitors.
- Competitive perception benchmarking, including which brand AI frames as the category leader.
- Daily Prompt Tracking on ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Gemini.
- Prompt Research for the questions behind your sentiment.
- Enterprise AIO with 9 engines for larger brands.
Where it falls short
- 25 prompts per domain on the base toolkit.
- Brand reports refresh weekly or monthly, not daily.
- Every extra user needs their own license, and every extra domain is another $99.
User reviews
Reviews of the AI toolkit itself are scarce, and we've quoted this one before, so here are two other parts of it.
“Clean interface and dashboards that stakeholders can actually read.” (Source)
“It's priced per domain, which adds up fast for multi-site brands.” (Source)
Pricing
- AI Visibility Toolkit: $99/month per domain, billed yearly, for 25 prompts
- Semrush One Starter: $199/month with 50 prompts, plus the SEO suite
- Enterprise AIO: custom, 9 engines
- The free trial runs through Semrush One, not the standalone toolkit.
8. Rankshift: best for covering every engine with unlimited seats
Rankshift is an AI visibility tracker with unlimited seats and projects and all nine engines it supports on every plan, plus Brand Perception and ChatGPT ads tracking, which suits brand teams that want everyone in the tool and every engine covered from about €77 a month.
Rankshift isn't on our tested list, so this section is based on its pricing page and product pages.
It captures answers from each engine's interface, not its API, across ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Meta AI and Mistral. You choose the engines and how often each prompt runs, and credits pay for each run.
For brand teams, the Brand Perception view asks the engines about your brand by name, then lists the strengths and weaknesses they repeat, with the share of answers for each, the sentiment per model and the sources behind them. A separate ChatGPT ads view shows which competitors buy sponsored placements on your prompts.
Key features
- Unlimited seats and projects on every plan.
- 9 engines on every plan, captured from the interfaces.
- Brand Perception with strengths, weaknesses, sentiment and sources.
- ChatGPT ads tracking with a competitor ad gap report and an ads library.
- Looker Studio, MCP and API from Starter, plus BigQuery and Power BI.
Where it falls short
- Credits run out faster if you run many engines daily, so plan the mix.
- SSO is on Enterprise only.
- Content tools are briefs and a writer, not agents that run on their own.
User reviews
We found one Rankshift review on G2, which we couldn't open, and none on Trustpilot or Capterra, so there's nothing we can quote yet.
Pricing
- Starter: €77/month ($92) with 9,500 credits
- Professional: €177/month ($210) with 22,000 credits
- Business: €399/month ($473) with 53,000 credits
- Annual billing saves 10%. There's a 30-day free trial with no card.
9. Goodie: best for retail brands
Goodie is an AI search optimization platform for brands that tracks visibility and sentiment across AI engines and, on its Pro plan, product visibility in AI shopping surfaces like Amazon's Alexa for Shopping and Walmart Sparky, which suits retail and CPG brands.
Goodie isn't on our tested list, and Pro and Enterprise need a demo, so we went by its pricing page and reviews.
Core is $295 a month for 110 prompts on 5 core models, with unlimited seats and support from an AEO strategist. Pro at $999 adds 8 models, 250 prompts and SKU-level agentic commerce tracking.
Brand Command, Goodie's view of how accurately AI represents your brand, and full revenue attribution are Enterprise features, so check what's in your plan before you plan around them.
Key features
- Agentic commerce tracking on Pro, including Alexa for Shopping and Walmart Sparky.
- Brand sentiment tracking and competitor benchmarks.
- Unlimited seats with AEO strategist support on every plan.
- MCP and monthly optimizations from Core, 50 a month.
- Up to 14 models on Enterprise, with multi-brand dashboards and SOC 2.
Where it falls short
- $295 a month to start, and the retail engines need the $999 Pro plan.
- Brand Command, revenue attribution and the API are Enterprise only.
- It surfaces more work than a small team can act on, and the writing is still yours unless you use its content tools.
User reviews
“AI is taking control of our narrative, and its brand feature helped us see what to focus on.” (Source)
“It shows how we're characterised in the answers themselves. We had a monitoring tool before, and watching a score move told us nothing.” (Source)
“The UI can be a lot to manage, but the team explained it well.” (Source)
Pricing
- Core: $295/month for 110 prompts on 5 models, unlimited seats
- Pro: $999/month for 250 prompts on 8 models, with SKU-level commerce tracking
- Enterprise: custom, up to 14 models
- Annual billing gives 2 months free, and Core has a 7-day free trial.
10. Ahrefs Brand Radar: best for market-wide brand research
Ahrefs Brand Radar is an AI visibility database that shows any brand's share of voice and mentions across six AI platforms, built on hundreds of millions of prompts modeled from search data, which suits brand and insights teams researching a category or a competitor without setting anything up.
Brand Radar isn't on our tested list, since there's no trial, so this section is based on Ahrefs' product pages and docs.
You type a brand, a competitor or a topic, and you get mentions, share of voice and the pages AI cites across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, AI Overviews and AI Mode. For a brand team, that's the fastest way here to see how a market looks before you commit to tracking prompts.
Brand Radar also tracks YouTube, TikTok and Reddit, free while those are in beta, and the product page links to an AI brand sentiment feature. The index prompts come from keywords, though, so they're not your buyers' exact questions, and the chatbot data is re-tested about monthly.
Key features
- Any brand, no setup. Mentions, share of voice and citations on demand.
- Six platforms: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, AI Overviews and AI Mode.
- YouTube, TikTok and Reddit tracking, free in beta.
- Custom prompts on top of the index, daily to monthly.
- The rest of Ahrefs next to it, from backlinks to keyword data.
Where it falls short
- Index prompts are modeled from keywords, not your customers' questions.
- Chatbot indexes refresh about monthly.
- No accuracy checks against your own facts, and no client-ready report export.
User reviews
We found one Brand Radar review that talks about the data, and we've quoted it before.
“The metrics change retroactively every time the index updates.” (Source)
Pricing
- One platform: $199/month
- All six platforms: $699/month, including 2,500 custom prompt checks
- Custom prompt packs from $50/month. You can buy it on a free Ahrefs account, and there's no trial.
11. Brand24 Chatbeat: best for social listening teams
Chatbeat is Brand24's AI visibility tool that tracks how often, where and how positively AI models mention your brand against competitors, from $99 a month, which suits social media and PR teams who already run listening in Brand24.
Chatbeat isn't on our tested list, so this section is based on its pricing page and product pages.
It tracks visibility, ranking position, share of visibility against competitors, sentiment and the context your brand is described in, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other models. Suggested prompts help if your team is used to keywords rather than questions, and a sources view shows which sites shape the answers.
Its pricing page is a little confusing. The two billing tabs list different model counts and prices for the same plans, so confirm what you get before you buy. The trial is listed as both 10 and 14 days, with no card either way.
Key features
- Visibility, position and sentiment across AI models.
- Competitive share of visibility against the brands you track.
- Suggested prompts from what customers ask.
- Key sources behind AI answers, plus recommended actions.
- White-label reports on Business, for agencies and multi-brand teams.
Where it falls short
- The pricing page disagrees with itself on model counts (3 or 8) and the Advanced price.
- Essential covers 30 prompts, 1 project and 2 seats.
- Exports start on Advanced and the API on Enterprise.
User reviews
We couldn't find Chatbeat reviews on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot that we could open and link.
Pricing
- Essential: $99/month for 30 prompts, 1 project, 2 seats, daily refresh
- Advanced: $249 or $299/month (the page shows both) for 100 prompts, unlimited seats
- Business: $599/month for 300 prompts and white-label reports
- Enterprise is custom, billed annually. The free trial needs no card.
