Adobe Brand Visibility alternatives are worth a look if you want to track and improve how AI answers describe your brand without an Adobe contract. Adobe Brand Visibility is the new name for Adobe LLM Optimizer. Adobe renamed it on August 4, 2026, when it became generally available with Semrush's AI search data built in, three months after closing its Semrush deal.
It's still sold through Adobe sales on annual prompt licenses, with no public price, and its smoothest path to deploying fixes runs through AEM and your CDN. These 10 alternatives plus ours range from enterprise suites to tools you can try this week, with what each one tracks and how it acts. Prices checked in November 2026.
How we compared these Adobe Brand Visibility alternatives
Adobe Brand Visibility is sold through Adobe sales, and its trial is only open to some Adobe customers, so we haven't used it. We describe it from Adobe's product pages, Experience League docs, release notes and announcements. For the alternatives, we ran the same buyer prompts through Profound, Scrunch and Peec AI on their trials and noted:
- Which AI engines the plan you can buy actually tracks
- Whether it acts on what it finds, and how changes reach your site
- The real cost, the trial and the contract
Conductor, BrightEdge, Botify, seoClarity, Brandlight, Evertune and AthenaHQ come from their pricing pages, docs, announcements and reviews. Review quotes are condensed from G2, OMR Reviews and Gartner Peer Insights and link to the original.
Orchly is our product. We held it to the same checks and say where it falls short. Checked November 2026.

1. Orchly: best Adobe Brand Visibility alternative to go from AI visibility gaps to published fixes, without an Adobe contract
Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform. It tracks your brand every day in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot as paid add-ons (it also tracks Meta AI and DeepSeek), and its agents run on their own, on a schedule, across the whole loop.
They analyze your AI visibility, your competitors, your SEO and your Search Console and GA4 data. They find what to write and which pages to refresh and do it in your brand voice, keep Brand Brain up to date, find the sites, people and Reddit threads worth reaching, run the outreach and draft the replies, and audit your site for technical SEO and AI search issues, with the fixes ranked. You decide whether each agent runs on its own or waits for your approval.
Adobe Brand Visibility gives an enterprise team Semrush data, a list of opportunities and edge delivery to AI bots, on an annual contract with no public price. Orchly's agents run the content, outreach and site work end to end from $49 a month, with no sales call, though you give up Adobe's AEM integration and CDN-level fixes.
AI search tracking you can check every day
- Daily tracking. Mentions, position and share of voice in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews every day. Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Microsoft Copilot are paid add-ons.
- Metrics you can report. AI Visibility Score, Share of Voice, sentiment, average position and a competitor leaderboard, with prompts tagged branded or non-branded and by intent.
- Why a source gets picked. The Citations tab groups every cited page by URL or domain, and Mention Gap shows cited pages that name competitors but not you.
- What AI gets wrong. Fact check compares AI answers to the approved facts in Brand Brain and marks each claim Supported, Contradicted or never mentioned.
- The searches behind the answer. Query fan-outs show the background searches AI engines run before they respond.
Google data in the same place
Adobe Brand Visibility pulls in Semrush's keyword data. Orchly takes a lighter route: daily keyword rank tracking by country and device, next to Search Console and GA4 clicks, conversions and revenue.
- One page, every signal. Page 360 shows a URL's Search Console, GA4 and AI visibility data together, and each tracked page gets SEO, AEO and GEO scores.
- AI crawler and referral traffic. On Pro, you can see GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot visits next to human referrals from AI, once you connect your hosting or CDN.
Agents that run the work on a schedule
Adobe's opportunities wait for someone to review and deploy them. Orchly's agents plan and write content, run outreach and audit the site on a schedule, and you decide whether each one runs on its own or waits for your approval.
- Content Agent. Turns lost prompts and decaying Search Console pages into article and refresh tasks, drafts in your brand voice, and publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Sanity or Ghost, directly or after your approval.
- Activation Agent. Finds backlink and citation opportunities, plus the Reddit threads and YouTube videos AI cites, then sends outreach from your Gmail, Zoho or SMTP inbox once you sign off.
- Site Health Agent. Audits pages for technical SEO and AI search issues, ranks them by priority and suggests a fix for each.
- Custom agents. On Pro, you can build your own. Here's how Orchly's agents work.
Where Orchly falls short
- No AEM or Adobe integration. Orchly doesn't connect to Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Analytics, and it doesn't serve optimized pages to AI bots at the CDN edge. If your content lives in AEM, publishing stays a manual step.
- Not an enterprise suite. Gemini, AI Mode, Claude, Grok and Copilot are paid add-ons, and our keyword and backlink data is far smaller than the Semrush data behind Adobe's product.
Orchly pricing
- Essential: $49/month for 25 prompts, 20 articles, 1 site and 1 user
- Pro: $125/month for 100 prompts, 50 articles, 3 sites and 5 users, with AI traffic analytics, custom agents and white-label reports
- Enterprise: custom, with a customer success manager
- There's a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing saves 25%.

2. Profound: best for AI-only visibility depth at enterprise scale
Profound is an enterprise AI visibility platform that tracks nine AI engines and adds AI Marketer agents that draft and publish content. It's the closest AI-only rival to Adobe Brand Visibility for large brands, and it doesn't care which CMS or CDN you run.
We tested it on the 7-day trial. Profound chose 50 prompts for our industry that we couldn't edit, and only ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews ran, so we saw how the product works more than how our own market looked.
The agent side has moved fast this year. Since October 2026 you can set one up from a plain-language request, it works from the brand facts in Context Manager, and its work draws on credit wallets.
Buying it now feels a lot like buying Adobe. Profound removed its $99 and $399 self-serve brand plans in September 2026, the month it raised a $180M Series D, so brands go through sales for a custom Enterprise deal.
Key features
- Nine engines on Enterprise. ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, AI Overviews and Exa.
- AI Marketer. Agents that draft and publish content, set up from a plain-language request.
- Prompt Volumes. Demand estimates from more than 1.5 billion prompts in 35 countries, updated weekly.
- Agent Analytics. AI crawler visits to your site, with Search Console data in Pages.
- Context Manager and MCP. Brand facts the agents work from, plus data inside Claude, on Enterprise.
Where it falls short
- No self-serve plan for brands, so pricing goes through sales.
- The trial runs 50 preset prompts on three engines.
- No edge delivery to AI bots like Adobe's Optimize at Edge, and no Grok since Exa replaced it in September 2026.
User reviews
“We use it in our marketing team like a sat-nav for AI visibility: how often and in what context we're named, and how we compare with other BMW dealers.” (Source)
“The agents help when you're not sure what to do after looking at the data. It's rather expensive compared with other tools we vetted, though it has more insights and actionable agents.” (Source)
“Topical tracking with daily LLM updates is the standout, because AI rankings shift fast.” (Source)
Pricing
- Brands: custom Enterprise pricing through sales
- Agencies: a separate self-serve Agency Growth plan
- Trial: 7 days, with 50 preset prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews
3. Conductor: best for enterprise SEO and AEO outside the Adobe stack
Conductor is an enterprise SEO and AEO platform that tracks mentions, citations, share of voice and sentiment across nine AI engine options, next to its keyword, writing and site monitoring tools. It suits enterprise SEO teams that want SEO and AI search in one suite outside the Adobe stack, with a trial before any contract.
We haven't used Conductor ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, documentation and announcements.
Its AI Search Performance reports cover ChatGPT (Auto and Search), Claude Sonnet, Gemini, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Grok, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity in more than 160 countries, per Conductor's docs.
For teams on Optimizely, the Conductor and Optimizely partnership is the closest match to Adobe's AEM tie-in. Conductor's AEO data shows up inside Optimizely next to its AI agent traffic, and Optimizely agents built on Conductor data find content gaps and suggest fixes.
Pricing is through sales on every plan. Essentials has no AI search credits, so AEO tracking starts on Growth, and Vendr puts the median contract at $49,020 a year. On September 24, 2026, Chief Product Officer Wei Zheng became CEO, and Conductor planned new AEO products for its C3 event on October 28.
Key features
- AI Search Performance. Mentions, citations, share of voice and sentiment by engine, topic, persona and country.
- Writing Assistant. 60, 180 or 600 AI drafts a year, with content scores and internal link suggestions.
- Website Monitoring. Round-the-clock page monitoring with alerts, from 100,000 pages on Essentials.
- AgentStack. Conductor data inside ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot through MCP and an API.
- Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics integrations for traffic and conversions.
Where it falls short
- No published prices on any plan.
- AI search tracking needs Growth or Enterprise.
- Nothing like Optimize at Edge, so changes still ship through your CMS.
User reviews
Conductor's reviews on Capterra and TrustRadius cover its SEO suite and mostly predate its AI search features, so we don't quote them here.
Pricing
- Essentials: price on request, with 500 tracked keywords, 60 drafts a year and no AI search credits
- Growth: price on request, with 2,500 AI search credits a year and 5,000 tracked keywords
- Enterprise: custom, with 2,500+ AI search credits and 10+ tracked websites
- There's a free trial with no card needed. Vendr reports a median contract of $49,020 a year.
4. BrightEdge: best for serving AI agents at the CDN edge
BrightEdge is an enterprise SEO suite whose AI Catalyst module tracks brand presence in AI search, with Agent Edge serving lighter pages to AI agents at the CDN. It's the nearest match to Adobe's Optimize at Edge inside a full SEO platform.
We haven't used BrightEdge ourselves, so this section is based on its product pages, press releases and reviews.
The AI Catalyst page now names ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, AI Mode and Gemini, "and other AI platforms". Until August 2026 it named only the first three.
Agent Edge launched on August 26, 2026. It detects verified AI agents at the CDN and serves them a Markdown version of your page, while people and Googlebot get the normal one. On the site itself, the Site Agents Suite, formerly Autopilot, handles internal links, schema and title, meta and H1 updates.
It's priced like Adobe, too. Vendr puts the median contract at $50,000 a year across 46 purchases, on terms of 12 to 36 months.
Key features
- AI Catalyst. Brand presence and sentiment across the AI engines it names, inside the SEO platform.
- Agent Edge. Markdown versions of your pages for verified AI agents, served at the CDN.
- Site Agents Suite. Site Agent, Schema Agent and Publishing Agent for links, structured data and on-page tags.
- AI Hyper Cube. The prompts, sources and gaps behind AI recommendations, launched in March 2026.
- BrightEdge MCP. Its data inside ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini Enterprise and Slack.
Where it falls short
- No public pricing and no free trial.
- AI Catalyst names five engines, fewer than Adobe's ten LLM families.
- Multi-year contracts are common, per Vendr.
User reviews
Most BrightEdge reviews we found predate its AI features. This one, from January 2026, mentions AI Catalyst:
“DataCube X, AI Catalyst and its AI automations make it a strong competitor to any major SEO tool. But the credit-based pricing gets expensive quickly when you track keywords across many countries.” (Source)
Pricing
- Custom: annual or multi-year contracts through sales
- Vendr data: median of $50,000 a year across 46 purchases, with terms of 12 to 36 months
- There's no free trial.
5. Scrunch: best for AI-ready pages on a Sitecore stack
Scrunch is an AI visibility platform, owned by Sitecore since June 2026, that pairs prompt tracking with site audits, AI crawler data and AXP, which serves AI-optimized versions of your pages to bots. It's the natural pick if your web platform is Sitecore rather than Adobe.
We used Scrunch on the 7-day trial. Setup is guided. Scrunch wrote a brand description from our site for us to confirm, then we added competitors, a persona and topics and started from five suggested prompts.
Agent Traffic was the screen we kept opening. Once your CDN or host is connected, it shows which pages AI bots read and why, and the GA4 AI referral report, improved in October 2026, adds the human visits that follow.
The plan you can buy is narrower than older posts, including ours, said. Core is $250 a month for 125 prompts on four engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Copilot. AXP, the closest thing here to Optimize at Edge, is Enterprise only, along with Claude, Gemini, AI Mode, Grok and Meta AI.
Key features
- Core engines. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot, with 5,000 responses a month.
- Agent Traffic. AI crawler visits by page, once your CDN or host is connected.
- GA4 AI referrals and an MCP server.
- Site audits. 5 a month on Core.
- AXP. AI-optimized page versions served to bots, on Enterprise.
Where it falls short
- AXP and five of the nine engines are Enterprise only.
- No content writing, publishing or outreach.
- New prompts drop to a 72-hour cycle after their first two weeks.
User reviews
“Switching to Scrunch from the Semrush AIO tool was a great decision for our client strategy.” (Source)
“It feels a lot more intuitive than Profound, and the API for exporting raw data makes it stand out.” (Source)
“The product is solid. But some models are locked behind higher tiers, and that wasn't clear upfront.” (Source)
Pricing
- Core: $250/month for 125 prompts, 4 engines, 5 user licenses and 5 site audits
- Enterprise: custom, with 9 engines, AXP, API and SSO
- Core has a 7-day free trial.
6. Botify: best for very large technical and ecommerce sites
Botify is an enterprise technical SEO platform for very large sites, built around crawling, log file analysis and tools that push fixes live, with an AI Visibility dashboard on top. Like Adobe Brand Visibility, it can change what bots see without a CMS release, which suits ecommerce brands and publishers with millions of URLs.
We haven't used Botify ourselves, so this section is based on its release notes, help center and Vendr data.
AI Visibility tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews and Gemini, per Botify's AI Visibility FAQ. AI Overviews and Gemini came in the April 2026 release, and since September you can refresh prompts daily instead of weekly.
PageWorkers pushes on-page changes, including optimizations aimed at AI bots since July, and SpeedWorkers pre-renders pages so bots can read them fast. AgenticCatalog, launched on March 24, 2026 as Agentic Feeds, builds AI-ready product feeds for shopping agents, and a Botify MCP server arrived in September.
It won't save you money. Vendr puts the median Botify contract at $74,200 a year, priced mostly by URL count and modules.
Key features
- AI Visibility. Mentions, citations, sentiment and share of voice in five AI engines, with competitor groups.
- LogAnalyzer. How Google and AI bots, including Claude-User, Claude-SearchBot and Google-Agent, crawl your site.
- PageWorkers and SpeedWorkers. On-page changes and pre-rendering deployed without a release cycle.
- AgenticCatalog. Enriched product feeds for AI shopping agents.
- Botify Assist and MCP. Ask questions of your Botify data, in the app or in Claude and ChatGPT.
Where it falls short
- The highest median contract in this list, per Vendr.
- No Claude or Copilot tracking.
- Most of the value shows up on very large catalogs, so it's a lot of tool for a smaller site.
User reviews
The Botify reviews we found on Capterra and TrustRadius date from 2018 to 2021, before its AI features, so we don't quote them here.
Pricing
- Custom: priced by URL count, log volume and modules
- Vendr data: median of $74,200 a year; mid-market sites typically pay $75,000 to $150,000
- There's no free trial.
7. seoClarity: best enterprise suite with published starting prices
seoClarity is an enterprise SEO platform with an AI search module, Clarity ArcAI, that tracks nine AI engines. It suits enterprise SEO teams that want wide engine coverage and a trial on their own domain before they sign.
We haven't used seoClarity ourselves, so this section draws on its pricing pages and release notes.
ArcAI tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Gemini, plus DeepSeek, Claude, Copilot and Grok, on every package, per its ArcAI pricing page. Prompt tracking starts at 500 queries. The Discovery package adds AI bot tracking, and Accuracy adds monitoring for wrong or made-up answers about your brand.
ArcAI 3.0 shipped on April 1, 2026 with AI shopping tracking, accuracy and narrative controls, an agentic content workflow and an MCP server. LiveWire followed in July, and ArcAI Insights arrived on September 17.
The platform packages on its pricing page start at $2,500 a month, but the page says those figures date from October 2022, and ArcAI itself is quote-only. Unlike Adobe, seoClarity runs a free custom trial after a demo.
Key features
- Nine AI engines on every ArcAI package, including Claude, Copilot, Grok and DeepSeek.
- Accuracy. Flags wrong or made-up answers about your brand in AI responses.
- AI Bot Tracking. Which AI crawlers reach your pages, on the Discovery package.
- ClarityAutomate. Page, schema and link changes pushed without a developer.
- MCP server and API for ArcAI data in ChatGPT, Claude and your own reports.
Where it falls short
- ArcAI pricing is quote-only, and the published platform prices are from 2022.
- Bot tracking and accuracy monitoring are separate packages on top of Core.
- No outreach or publishing agents.
User reviews
We didn't find user reviews of ArcAI on Capterra, TrustRadius, Gartner or Trustpilot, so we have no quotes about its AI search features.
Pricing
- ArcAI Core, Discovery and Accuracy: price on request
- SEO platform packages: from $2,500, $3,200 and $4,500 a month (figures dated October 2022 on the pricing page)
- A free custom trial with training starts after a demo.
8. Brandlight: best for global brand narrative and sentiment
Brandlight is an enterprise AI visibility platform for global brands, sold as software plus a dedicated team, that tracks 12 AI engines in 10 markets. It suits brand and comms leaders who care most about how AI describes them, with nothing tied to a CMS or CDN.
Brandlight starts with a paid pilot, so we haven't used it. This section is based on its website, announcements and G2 reviews.
Every account gets an AI strategist, an analyst and a customer success lead. Brandlight tracks weekly, in each market's own language, and builds the question set for you instead of capping prompts.
Its Impact Tracker shows what each URL or campaign added to your visibility score, and Brandlight says it doesn't offer closed-loop revenue attribution. Customers named on its site include Samsung, TD Bank, Aetna, Kimberly-Clark and Coty, and it raised a $30 million Series A led by Pelion in February 2026.
Key features
- 12 engines in 10 markets. ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral and Naver.
- A dedicated team. Strategist, analyst and customer success lead per account.
- Impact Tracker. What each URL or campaign added to your visibility score.
- AI Ads. Who advertises on answers about your brand, with recommendations or managed campaigns.
- AI commerce. Product visibility by retailer and engine.
Where it falls short
- No public pricing, free trial or self-serve plan.
- Fixes go through your team or agency, with no edge delivery or CMS publishing.
- Built for large enterprises only.
User reviews
“I notice wrong or outdated information about our brand fast, and I can see which competitors get named instead of us.” (Source)
“It's my quick reality check on how our brand comes across.” (Source)
“The real-time mention alerts are useful, but the volume of notifications can be hard to manage.” (Source)
Pricing
- Pilot: a paid three-month pilot, price on request
- Platform: an annual contract scoped by markets, dashboards and lines of business
- No free trial or self-serve plan.
9. Evertune: best for CMOs who want a brand score and AI ads
Evertune is an AI visibility and advertising platform that samples each prompt many times per model and adds agents that run ChatGPT ad campaigns, now with a $60 self-serve plan. It suits CMOs who want a brand-level AI score and paid AI visibility at a published price. We haven't used Evertune ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, help center and launch posts.
Starter launched on October 20, 2026. It costs $60 a month, billed yearly, for 5,000 prompt credits on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Copilot, plus an Ads Manager agent for ChatGPT campaigns. Ads cost 10% of your media spend on top of what you pay OpenAI.
The full product is Pro at $800 a month, billed yearly, with 100,000 prompt credits, 11 models including Claude and Perplexity, up to 100 samples per prompt, a Content Agent and prompt volumes. Site audits, bot analytics and the Fact Checker are Enterprise only, and nothing deploys changes to your site the way Adobe does.
Key features
- Heavy sampling. Up to 100 runs per prompt per model on Pro, so single odd answers matter less.
- Ads Manager agent. Targeting, copy and optimization for ChatGPT ad campaigns, on every plan.
- Content Agent. 25 articles a month on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.
- Prompt Agent. Suggests prompts from your brand and real user prompts.
- MCP to Claude or ChatGPT from Pro.
Where it falls short
- Starter has no Claude or Perplexity.
- Ad fees of 10% of media on Starter and 8% on Pro come on top of the plan.
- Site audits, bot analytics and the Fact Checker are Enterprise only.
User reviews
Evertune has no reviews on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot yet, so we have no user quotes to share.
Pricing
- Starter: $60/month billed yearly for 5,000 prompt credits on 5 models, plus 10% of ad spend
- Pro: $800/month billed yearly for 100,000 prompt credits, 11 models and 25 articles a month, plus 8% of ad spend
- Enterprise: custom, with site audits, bot analytics and SSO
- The ads agent is free for the first 7 days on Starter.
10. Peec AI: best for fast, self-serve tracking for regional teams
Peec AI is a self-serve AI search analytics platform from Berlin with daily tracking, unlimited seats and GA4 AI referral data, from €85 a month. It's the opposite of an Adobe rollout and suits regional or brand teams that want data this week without procurement.
We signed up and had data within minutes. Peec read our site, suggested prompts, and visibility, position and sentiment against competitors filled in for each engine.
You pick 3 models on every plan, from ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Naver AI, and pay from €25 a month for more, Perplexity included. Claude, Grok and DeepSeek need Enterprise.
It has been adding ways to act on the data. Actions arrived in February 2026, AI Referrals and Brand Perception in September, and Peec Agent on October 22, which drafts briefs and page edits. Your team still publishes the changes.
Key features
- Model choice. Any 3 of six engines, with more from €25 a month.
- AI Referrals. GA4 sessions, conversions and revenue from AI assistants, since September 2026.
- Brand Perception. Attributes, objections and claims AI makes about your brand.
- Peec Agent. Drafts briefs and page edits from your visibility data.
- Unlimited seats on every plan, plus an MCP server.
Where it falls short
- 3 models per plan unless you pay for more.
- Claude, Grok and DeepSeek are Enterprise only.
- No edge delivery or CMS publishing, so changes stay with your team.
User reviews
“I see position, sentiment and visibility at a glance, which is much more practical than classic SEO rankings.” (Source)
“Some reports load slowly, and coverage outside the DACH region is still patchy.” (Source)
“Sometimes I want a quick yes or no on a prompt, and 15 minutes later I'm still deep in the dashboards.” (Source)
Pricing
- Starter: €85/month (about $95) for 50 prompts and 3 models
- Pro: €205/month for 150 prompts
- Advanced: €425/month for 350 prompts
- Unlimited seats on every plan, a free trial, and 15% off with yearly billing.
11. AthenaHQ: best for wide engine coverage at mid-market prices
AthenaHQ is an AI visibility platform that tracks 11 models on a $295 self-serve plan, with an Action Center and a content optimization agent. It suits mid-market brands that want wide engine coverage at a published price. We haven't used AthenaHQ ourselves, so this section is based on its pricing page, release posts and G2 reviews.
Everything runs on credits, and 1 credit is 1 AI response. The free Essential plan gives you 300 credits on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot. Starter adds AI Mode, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral, with 3,600 credits a month, so the more engines and prompts you run, the faster they go.
Its August 2026 release added Shopping Pages with Shopify catalog sync, a ChatGPT Ads tab and coverage of 185 markets down to city level. Self-serve plans track one country, though, and the Knowledge Base, persona targeting and the Athena Citation Engine are Enterprise only.
Key features
- 11 models on Starter. ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral.
- Action Center. On-page and off-page actions ranked from your data.
- Content optimization agent on Starter.
- Shopping Pages. Product and category pages kept in sync with Shopify.
- GA4 and Search Console integrations, plus Shopify and Webflow.
Where it falls short
- 3,600 credits spread across 11 models doesn't go far.
- One country on self-serve plans.
- API access and extra credits are paid add-ons on Starter.
User reviews
“Most tools we evaluated treated the US as one market. AthenaHQ's regional data showed our Southeast visibility was half our West Coast's.” (Source)
“The outreach drafts it writes are generic.” (Source)
“Running several brands means switching between workspaces, which gets tedious.” (Source)
Pricing
- Essential: free, with 300 credits on 5 engines
- Starter: $295/month for 3,600 credits a month on 11 models
- Enterprise: custom credits, multi-region and SSO
- Yearly billing saves 17%.
What changed with Adobe Brand Visibility in 2026
Adobe's product changed more this year than its price list did. Here's what happened, from Adobe's release notes and announcements.
- Trial limits (April). Trials activated from April 1, 2026 cover up to 100 prompts and one domain, with optimizations on a limited set of URLs for a single opportunity type, per the Quick Start. Trials are for AEM Cloud and Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics customers.
- Semrush joins Adobe (April 28). Adobe completed its roughly $1.9 billion acquisition of Semrush.
- Brand Visibility announced (June 17). Adobe combined LLM Optimizer with Semrush's AI visibility data, nearly 300 million AI prompts, and kept the option to run it standalone or inside AEM.
- Rename and general availability (August 4). LLM Optimizer became Adobe Brand Visibility, with an AI Visibility dashboard on Semrush Enterprise AIO data, Prompt Strategy, Opportunity Workspace and an Impact Measurement Engine.
- New metrics. Visibility Score is now Brand Visibility and counts mentions only, Share of Voice is weighted by search demand and ranking position, and Source Visibility tracks how often your site is cited, per Adobe's What's New page.
- Brand Claims (September 2). Shows what AI systems say about your brand and which sources shape it.
- Edge setup got easier. One-click Optimize at Edge setup on AEM Cloud's managed CDN and a Chrome validator extension (April), and Claude support in optimization workflows (June).
What didn't change: there's still no public price. The old LLM Optimizer pricing page, which described annual licenses with a 1,000 prompt minimum in 200-prompt steps, now redirects to the product page.
When to stay with Adobe Brand Visibility
We haven't used Adobe Brand Visibility ourselves. This is based on Adobe's product pages, documentation and announcements.
Stay with it if:
- You already run AEM. One-click edge setup on Adobe's managed CDN and native AEM publishing remove most of the deployment work other tools leave to you.
- You want Semrush data and fixes in one contract. Your license includes Semrush Enterprise AIO, with 40 full users, 150 projects and 800 AIO credits a month, per Adobe's product description.
- You report revenue in Adobe Analytics. Brand Visibility ties AI referral traffic to conversions in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Your IT team is on board with the CDN. Optimize at Edge changes what AI agents see without touching your CMS, and you can roll a change back in one click.
Before you renew, check how many of the 1,000 optimizations a year the license allows you actually use, and budget about two weeks for Adobe's impact measurement on each one.
User reviews
Adobe Brand Visibility has no reviews on Capterra yet, and we didn't find independent user reviews we could verify, so we have no user quotes to share.
Which Adobe Brand Visibility alternative should you choose?
- You want agents that run AI search work on their own, from tracking and Search Console data to content, outreach and site fixes, at a published price: Orchly.
- You want an enterprise suite outside the Adobe stack: Conductor (especially on Optimizely), BrightEdge or seoClarity.
- You want AI-ready pages served to bots without AEM: BrightEdge, Botify, or Scrunch on Enterprise.
- You want a dedicated AI visibility platform at enterprise depth: Profound, or Brandlight with a team attached.
- You want wide engine coverage on a self-serve budget: AthenaHQ or Peec AI.
- You buy ChatGPT ads too: Evertune.
AI answers shift from week to week, so judge any of these on the trend over several weeks, not one reading.
